I had gum and cavity problems after the 2020 pandamic.I got these Monday, and by Thursday using them as a losenge for a few minutes in my mouth made a big differnce.I use to wake up every morning with a terrible taste in my mouth. After only 3 days use, that is gone!!!

This is helping to save my gums! It is not overnight, so be patient. Took 6 months to rebuild around the worst tooth. I use after bushing teeth and eating. I stopped fluoride use.

With fluoride free toothpast these decreased bad breath and cut way back on plaque formation. I'm 60 with all my teeth but I did get a small cavity. I may have to give up Dr Pepper.

These have really improved the health of my gums. Only have taken them for 1 month but due to the improvement in such a short time am continuing with another months supply.

But wow, was I disappointed. It's easy to take, it's a dissolve in your mouth, like a chalky, strawberry-mint sweet tart or something similar. But even though I've been taking 1x daily, per directions, I have not noticed anything different than when I ordered it. Maybe I was expecting too much, I'm not sure, but I kinda expected SOMETHING to happen in my mouth. But, nada, zilch, NOTHING. Tasted pretty decent, though. A glorified sweet tart...

The strawberry flavor works and is remarkable and gives confidence to use it.
