This game is everything I live about euro style board games. It’s incredibly fun to play, easy to learn, and beautiful. I feel it’s easily worth the money. I felt the game scaled very well through different player counts. I especially loved the game at solo, it played just like the multiplayer with little to no rules or overhead upkeep. This game really excels through its combos and planning. For all the people that raves about Darwin’s Journey I felt this game is way better, slightly different but better.

Men Nefer is an excellent game. The action selection and scoring are unique in my experience and the game sets you up with both strategic and tactical decisions. The theming works pretty well and the game is simple to play, but hard to master. The only real barrier is the symbology, which is everywhere. Some of the symbols look very similar but, once you get it, it makes perfect sense. I wouldn't recommend this for new gamers, though. It's a mid-weight euro game, in my opinion, and I play a ton of heavy euro games, so it probably leans more mid-heavy. It's not a short game, by any means. Each player will have 27 turns, so you would have to average 1 minute per turn to hit an hour and a half with 3 players. I'm sure it speeds up with repeated plays, but there are a ton of decisions to be made, so I'm not sure we could ever hit that mark. Highly recommend.

El juego es muy lindo visualmente, cada componente está hecho con delicadeza y la mecánica es muy atrayente y llamativa, creo que lo único malo es que los escarabajos se mueven mucho cuando los apilas, pero fuera de eso es un juegaso.

This game is very elegantly designed and plays so smooth. Very crunchy and engaging. Designer also did a great job integrating the culture into the game. Top notch solo mode as well.
