legit na amazing product boticed a difference the first day. its a great balance of gadgets and they all work together i will say this though. the hand grip strengthener you gott a be careful with because i pulled a muslvle in my wrist (not bad or anything just annnoying) and yea but my fingers legit fel amazing now. whatever arthritis i had or was bound to get is gone. the finger stretchers are amazing. ive gained control of my fongers more and i feel anyone playong. a sport or anything in general should use them. great product. highly reccomend.

The only reason I give this 4 stars is because the finger extension trainer broke! I don’t know why, my fingers couldn’t have created enough pressure to snap it because it’s made of high quality thick material! It sucks because I use it every day to train my forearms so that I can have a stronger grip for pull-ups/ pulling exercises. Even though I’d hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else, I would still recommend this company and their grip trainer. All the other items in the bag are high quality and have already increased my pull ups from 3 to 7!!

Great products, wonderful price. I had two back surgeries and my left hand lost almost all use. These helped me as I try and get my hand working correctly.

I can't believe all this exercise equipment comes for this price! Sure, it's not going to last forever (hard plastic rather than metal), but this is an exceptionally good deal for the price. I am recovering from tennis elbow and I took these grip strengtheners to my physical therapist and he was impressed. He helped me come up with an exercise routine that uses all 5 of them and says he may recommend this product to some of his other patients.

Pros: Very inexpensive, hasn't broken yet, extras are a good value. I dunno what i'm supposed to do with the egg, but the donut is good to see how long you can hold it shut, and the finger exerciser is good for targeting the weaker fingers (pinky's mostly).Cons: The weight listed on the sides is horribly inaccurate. It's honestly closer if you swap KG to Lbs. I have a captains of crush 0.5 and a 1, and to think this comes even close to a 0.5 (120lbs) is laughable. Maxed out, I would guess this is around 60-80lbs.

Great kit for the value - there are several different brands selling basically the same kit, so price is a big deciding factor. The counter the hand exerciser has in the handle is a nice touch most other kits don't contain. The counter works very well, and the adjustment knob to increase/decrease resistance works great.As this hand exerciser has a max resistance on the higher end compared to other kits, I was a bit surprised with the egg grip tool and the finger exerciser - they are much softer / easier than I'd expect. I bought my wife a different kit with lower resistance max, and the egg and finger exerciser were much firmer on hers, which was what I was after. Overall that's minor though, enough reps or pause reps can substitute just as well.Overall good quality, nice carrying case, and fairly priced. A great kit and I'm pleased with the purchase.
