It's great vacuum. For daily clean is easy. But can't do the deep clean.

I am disappointed with its cleaning performance. It does not clean stains properly, and while removing dirt, it often spreads dust around while moving. The mopping function is also not effective—after the run, the floor still has visible dirt and marks. It seems to work only in already clean and tidy areas, which defeats the purpose of having an automatic cleaner. Overall, it is not suitable for deep cleaning and feels more like light maintenance rather than a proper vacuum and mop solution.

This maid does not do kich kich in 2BHK. We have a labrador and it is helping a lot. Thank you Dreme for making such a wonder product. We wake up early morning with clean floor and feels so positive as the main home chores is completed. We bought it for 26999 and if there is offer you can buy. Keeping home clean is so important especially for prosperity. This has helped with the mapping feature. Will definitely go for the next model in future from this brand as have already purchased a cordless stick h12 then it was 24999 and is now for maintenance for the battery after 1.5yrs of working so well. Service is good. Just make sure to mail them on time. They do respond. Bought this robo because in pregnancy needed help with cleaning. If machines can be helpful take the help, don't question too much on the price all the time as the effort is reduced to 99 percent all you need is taking good care of it too just like any gadget. Of course it would be great with Dreme ultra or pro version if you have a higher budget. When shifting to 4BHK I would take the higher version one. Will review for this robo soon. Till then deligate your work and live joyfully and work on your innerself daily not the floors. Because floor is taken care of by Dreme. Reviewing after 3 months : For the first 3 months, it performed well. However, now the water stopped reaching the mop making the cleaning function completely useless. Only can use the vacuum function in that now. I have a labrador and if you are pet owner whose pet sheds in sept to oct months you will need multiple cleaning gadgets. We have raised a complaint on the machines. As I am a user of dreme products, getting to know to experience these things. Mop says you cant use cleaning agents in mop container. Then I do not understand where is the hygeine? These robos should be build such they are used for liquids like LIZOL, DETTOL Friendly especially when you have kids and pets. May be the higher version we can add the liquid in the container of main machine itself so it passes through the mop for best function. I was very happy though 3 months of usage and I am trusting the company improves and actually is a little fast in responding to us in email as we are investing a huge amount. The robo once mapped 1st time works well. We had a painting done and after that the robo is acting weird so we remapped it and its better to remove any cable wires, charger wires hanging on floor and mats on the floor before starting the machine or else the machine will take those along with it and cause machine to mulfunction. The mop with 2 wheel mop might be best for cleaning and might go for that next year. Till then will trust the company repairs the mop water inlet and my old dreme H12.

Bought it in the hope that it would help in cleaning the house and would replace the manual effort of mopping, since we're working full time. I was so wrong. In the one year I owned this dump of a vacuum cleaner, I have had to service it 4 TIMES. Each time, the team would keep the machine for 1 month in the service centre. So effectively, 4 months of cleaning had to be taken care of by myself. Now you would think- well it has been repaired so many times. It should clean impeccably now, right? RIGHT? WRONG. The mop is an absolute disaster. Calling it a "mop" is an insult to real mops worldwide. I'd call it a wet wipe. Despite using the highest water level setting, dirt and debris would still remain on tile grouts. You know what cleaned the grouts? A SINGLE WIPE WITH AN ACTUAL CLOTH MOP. Also the latest issue is that the vacuum is ejecting dust from the back despite doing everything to keep it clean. Yes folks, my vacuum is sucking up the dust and ejecting it from the back. Very productive cleaning indeed. In conclusion, never invest in this dump. There is nothing "smart" or productive about this. Also, your mom was right - achi safai haath se hoti hai. My respect for my kaamwali didi has increased massively.

The cleaning quality of the machine is very good.Even wet mopping is done very efficiently. The UI could have been more simple and user friendly. Apart from normal dust, hair or lint the machine cannot handle small objects like paper pieces, popcorn, peanuts or similarly larger objects. Over all the machine suits the normal cleaning needs and is efficient too.

The Robot’s Water dispenser failed but thanks to the prompt on call resolution of the Dreame support team, got the new water tank in warranty within a week. Working perfectly fine. Would definitely recommend this product for hassel free working and service.
