If I pay now, when will I know it’s available, surely there is a date for delivery as soon as money paid as is being asked...?

Mine took a while due to Covid. Then I had problems with the delivery people, it took them a while to 'find' it in their warehouse. It is very heavy, so you can't move it on your own. Even two people will struggle to move it.

Have this since September 2020 and there is so much condensation inside its ruined some of my stuff. How do i stop this happening?

I put the vents in mine and borded half way up all around with a thin ply wood. dont get any condensation..

How is this assembled I’ll have very limited access around shed can it all be assembled from the inside

it will take 2 people to put it together. You will need access from the outside to fit the side panels, roof and doors. If there is space to put together elsewhere and then carefully move it into place, this could be done, but I definitely wouldn't recommend trying to do it on your own. If you buy this, make sure you seal it at the points where the screws go in, it does mention this in the instructions. Also mine didn't come with a floor, so when that was put in, it means I hit my head as I exit the shed and I'm only 5'4" tall.
