The media could not be loaded. Absolute trash.I bought one at Walmart looking just like this that actually worked a lot better than this. The one I bought at Walmart provided a little bit more resistance for my training then this did. I didn't struggle or feel anything as I worked out. It's work out effectiveness is zero and I could breathe much easier than I should have been able to during the workout. The only thing about it that even remotely was good was that it fit decently.

The mask itself has a nice cool design that is easy to put on & wear, the front is a steel colored plastic adjustable air flow cap cartridge with a class 4 respiratory resistance antioxidant adjustable gear system & the inside has a silicone mask inside suitable for the mouth & nose. The mask is capable of increasing lung function, improve exercise performance, build endurance, improve calorie burning, enhance cardio & be more focused during running/exercising. The mask is easy to use, it wraps around your head with a strap at the top of your head which is comfortable & you can immediately notice the difference while breathing with the mask on. There’s a small gear shift on the front mask under the chin with 3 different higher altitude breathing simulation with the 1st being lightest & 3rd being hardest to breathe with forcing your lungs to work harder. The first few days using the mask will be a bit tough but you will start to get used it & start off with the lowest setting & move up to the middle then highest altitude setting. I use this product at the gym while I am jogging & running on the treadmill, I definitely notice a difference & hopefully my breathing & lung capacity endurance increases, the price listed is a good affordable price.

I really wanted this to work, but was a bit disappointed with it. It's well built and the adjustment for breathing is good, but the mask needs to be tight, and that's where I found issues. I found myself holding the mask lots of times to make it stick and do the breathing exercises, since the band that wraps around your head does not stay put for long.

Product arrived and appeared to have been opened, box crushed, and the plastic cover for the face mask doesn't stay attached. Save your money.

The quality of this training mask is good and it's very comfortable. It's made of breathable fabric and soft silicone, which I really love. It can also adjust different resistances and control the air flow. I use this as my daily workout mask to control my breathing during intense exercise. Overall, I feel pretty good about it! flow. I use it for my daily workouts to manage my breathing during intense exercise. All in all, I'm quite satisfied with it!

This is designed to limit the amount of oxygen you can breathe in while exercising. (This is also known as hypoxic training.) What the mask does is it inhibits your air intake, making your body work harder for the same amount of exertion.The mask works - it's not uncomfortable, it stays in place, and it does definitely restrict airflow! There's a lever on the front that lets you adjust the airflow. It's a 4-position disk with holes, that either align, partly align, or do not align with a matching disk on the inside. When the holes align, there's airflow. When they don't, there is no flow and your air is just what you get through the fabric on the sides of the mask.I like that it's adjustable like that, so you can take it on a gradient. The mask does smell like rubber/plastic when new, but the smell wears off quickly.I think this is a good, workable, simple exercise tool.
