Why did you pick this product vs others?:The pillow I received was quite obviously used before I got it. It was completely flat.

5* for real. Neck problems, hot flashes, everything disturbs my sleep - except this pillow!!! I am so surprised! Great sleep from night 1, highly recommend.

The first thing I noticed is how soft it is. It's not firm at all. I sort of sink in. Not sure how this will support my neck. I'll revisit this review after a few nights.

One pillow was great. One pillow was very soft and hasn’t firmed up yet. They come rolled up in a box. I originally ordered on Oct 10, and was never shipped. Had to contact Amazon and was reordered. I finally received them on Nov 1. Scare to try to send back. Might never get replacement.

My husband has significant COPD and has all the usual meds/trmts and so has a difficult time staying asleep. I've tried everything from breathing exercise apparatus and pillows. He's a stubborn ole coot and no pillow seemed to "please" and really HELP him. I, also, have arthritic problems and I needed a good pillow that would give my neck the support I need. FOUND IT!! This pillow (ergonomically supportive) and I've been sleeping like a baby (mostly as I'm still a light sleeper as I'm so used to checking to be sure HIS head isn't tilted down as then it cuts down his ability to sleep as his face then is buried into his pillow. He laid down on it when I got it and asked if I would get the same for him. I did and WOW!!! the ole coot is also now getting a very restful sleep as this pillow supports you even as you swith positions during sleep...this pillow allows you to do so without disturbing our sleep. FINALLY! And, I've spent significant amount of $$ trying different pillows for several years now and I agree with "MIKEY" (for those who are old enough to remember the commercial..."MIKEY LIKES IT!" and WE LOVE IT!! I also appreciated the pillow came easy to use the same night...no waiting for it to "unfold". I don't have the time to do reviews, but, when I come across a product of excellence ....I MAKE time to do so. This pillow purchase was worth the time to review! Try it...you'll love it too!
