It comes in a cute box. I was surprised that it already had the correct time- even for my time zone (Central time), and the customer service was fantastic- they emailed me the day before it arrived to ask me to remind me to open the package right away and make sure everything worked properly, and if it didn’t to let them know.

My kid loves her new watch and it holds a ton of battery life and fits her wrist perfectly and functions the way it says it does

We ended up returning this item after a few weeks' use because the screen had white scratches from normal kid use that we couldn't rub away. Otherwise, it's a cute watch and (if I remember correctly) we tested it submerged in water and it gave no trouble. Too bad about the screen!

I was hoping to use this to help my mature 4.5yo keep track of time while at child care and know what time I’d come back to pick him up. It is not helping with this purpose for a few reasons:1. The smallest fit on the wrist band is still way too large for him.2. There are too many buttons that can be easily and accidentally pressed and he can’t figure out how to go back to a simple time display.

The watch is a bit hard to set up, but if you carefully read the instructions, it's not that bad. The watch keeps the time well and is functional, it seems durable and it's very cute. I love cats and this has cute cat ears. I am 55 years old with small wrists and I bought as a gift for myself and so far so good.
