Great choice for diabetics wanting something that we can have is great.

These little sheets have been great for me thus far. After fifteen years of having diabetes, I finally got off my arse and started to learn about how to eat well. I mean, after all, I’m not getting any younger and I have gotten to the point where if I eat too much sugar, I get sick the morning after. I am so done, with eating unhealthy.I keep these along with my cookbooks in the kitchen, and use them to find better options for my recipes I have experimented with over the years. The fact these lists are laminated is wonderful. I have gotten them pretty messy, but they wipe off easily and back with my cookbooks they go!

Helps with questions on diabetic diets and if trying to just eat healthier

There aren't as many recipes as what I thought that there'd be. It's alot of shrimp which my husband can't eat because he has gout. I also thought that there'd be more helpful hints, list of good and bad foods for you etc.
