I have chronic migraines and neck pain. This pillow holds its shape, doesn't flatten, and supports my head and neck in just the right way! It is the perfect height for cradling my head and neck no matter the position I sleep (I'm prone to sleeping on either side or my back). The pillow does stay cool which adds a pleasant touch. I've ordered several pillows I feel like I have tried just about every pillow on the market. This one finally does the job and as a bonus I've noticed my migraines and neck pain has been reduced since I started sleeping on this pillow every night. Highly recommend giving it a try if you find yourself in similar circumstances.

This cervical pillow has been very helpful with preventing my upper back and neck pain. The low end was too low for me so I flipped and use the higher raised side to better support my head and neck. It’s comfortable to sleep on my back with my arms above my head. It’s also comfortable for side sleeping if you don’t have sensitive ears. It is comfortable for laying on your stomach if your head is turned to the side, there is not a hole in the middle so laying face down could cause breathing issues. I like the removable, washable cover. It’s breathable so my head doesn’t get hot lying on it. A standard/queen sized pillowcase fits nicely if you want an extra cover but satin pillow cases w/o an enclosure or zipper slip off easily. I recommend this cervical pillow. I would give it a 4.5 if I had the option because there is no hole for breathing when you are on your stomach sleeping face down.

Pillow is amazing. nice foam with cover but still need pillowcasehas helped my neck pain immensely. I am side/stomach sleeper & this allowed my neck to recover proper form. I can turn me head again without pain. Definitely recommend this product for side/stomach sleepers.

A million ailment-curing pillows out there. Each one works for some. For some too soft, others too hard like for me. Still, it does support the neck. It can get hot, but does cool off quickly
