Durable and worth the money so far.
I've had this cable going on about a month and a half now?... Idunno read the purchase date above. Hhe. I had no problems using the charger I got with the quest 3s to connect in-line. I don't know much about pcvr yet but it's nice having a cord plugged in that keeps my gameplay going. I need to throw more time at it. Thick cable and decent durability. I like that they included the Velcro type strap that holds the cable along the left side of the quest without interfering with the ability and comfort of using a full over the ear headphones. My buddy tried it out on his setup with pcvr and had no problems. I'm confident it's going to last me a while and suite my needs.

Get This Cable!
I was using an older link cable from my Quest 2 on my Quest 3 and was having a bunch of issues until I got this one. It works perfectly every time. It keeps my headset charged while I play and provides a seamless connection to my PC. If you're looking for a link cable, this one is a great buy.

Does a decent job with Meta Quest 3
TL;DR: Does the job for what it’s intended, and it is much more reasonably priced than the “official” cable from Meta. The PD works well with the power supply that came with the headset, which is nice for longer sessions. A bit more detail: I ordered this at the same time that I ordered a Quest 3, since I wasn’t sure about how I was going to use the headset for PCVR. I have an aging PCIe4.0 Gigabyte Mobo, in a case with USB-A 3.2 ports. This cable worked perfectly using the headset with Meta Quest Link. That said, my main PCVR workflows are with SteamVR. Through trial and testing, I found that the best experience with SteamVR is to use the SteamVR Link app on the headset. It connects to my PC via WIFI and works very well. There is no need to be tethered to the PC and it offers a bit more freedom while playing. Summary: If you need a USB-A to USB-C cable for your VR setup, this cable is a decent solution. The PD option to keep devices like the Quest 3 charged while playing is a huge plus for longer gaming sessions. That said: if you’re a Quest 3 user and you have a good home network topology and WIFI setup, you might just want to use the Meta Air Link, or Steam VR Link offering instead. Cutting the tether to the PC is really nice, and there are other battery pack options to keep your headset charged while playing. Even though I found I don’t use this cable when using my headset with PCVR, I’m glad I have it just in case I ever find I might need to go back to tethering.

Quality.
Cable length is great and is resistant to dogs trying to chew on it. Adding the additional charger is a bit finicky, although it could just be my Quest 3 refusing to charge properly with it.

The headset charges while you play wired quest link
I was a little worried because people in the reviews said their headset wasn’t charging while playing sessions but as soon as I got it I hooked it up I used one of my best chargers I have to connect it to the cable. That day I just got my new quest 3 so the battery was very low like 20%. I used the cable and the cable and the charging worked perfectly I was playing hard bullet on steam vr via quest link and the connection was beautiful. It went from 20% to 43% within 30 minutes of playing now that’s a big win at least it’s not draining while playing so you can literally play forever. Also the cable has a smart chip to slow charge the headset when it’s past 65% so if your headset is 100% and you plug it up be aware that it will drain to 65% but that’s a good thing the battery isn’t stressed when at lower percentages so you have longevity. I’m impressed with the price, it’s a very good deal. So far it’s durable, I’ve been using another syntech cord for my quest 3s but the battery kept dying so I would definitely get this if you play for long sessions like I do sometimes.

Perfect, but heads up before you buy this.
Solid cable! Not too heavy when moving around, and long enough to accommodate for most activities. Latency is low- it's comparably fast to the $80 Quest Link cable. Overall, it works like it should, which is all you really need from a cable like this. Do note, however: if the charging cable is plugged into the cable's battery pack while it's being used, you'll infrequently be interrupted by a "debris/liquid in the charging port" error. According to the Quest forums, the battery pack sometimes causes the headset to think there's a short circuit, and there's no way to disable the warning in the settings. Fortunately, the fix is easy. Just unplug the charging cable from the battery pack, and you won't be interrupted by the error. Not the most convenient thing in the world, but hey, no fault to the cable itself.

USB Connection Intermittent
The connection on the USB-C side (that plugs into the headset) is poor. You'll either not get it to connect, or it will connect and then disconnect when you move, or you'll get hit by the Quest's USB connection jingle repeatedly. And during all of these you get kicked from your link and it closes the game you were playing. The Quest gave me a warning thinking I had debris in my USB port (I don't, both cable and port are clean). It appears to be a dimensional issue with the USB-C's manufacturing, as when pressing up against the USB-C as its plugged in, or putting pressure in some directions on it, the connection will hold so long as you're holding it in that specific spot. What's interesting is that it wasn't much of an issue at first. It did seem to occasionally get a connection interruption, but only maybe once every about maybe 12 hours of playing. Now here I am with this cable, about 2 months after I bought it, and now I cannot get it to connect UNLESS I press in on the C-port. I have verified with other cables and wiggled them thoroughly. It's not a busted port on my Quest 3, it's specifically just this cable. For this, I can't recommend this link cable.

It's a good link cable.
It's the real deal just make sure you have more USB ports.

I've been using it for 4 days and everything is perfect. It worked right away, it hold the charge really well, I didn't have to charge it once so far and I played a good amount of times. Without the cable I probably would have had to charge it at least 10-15 times already but after 4 days I'm still over 60% and most of the uncharged % is due to me playing unplugged a bit. I have a 5800x3d with a 2060super, I get easily 120fps at 120hz. I'm using usb port 3.1, I ran two cable test, I got 2.0 and 2.1 gbps. No complain so far everything is perfect.

High quality well made cable for VR. I've been using this to connect my Meta Quest 3 to my PC & charge the headset at the same time. Had no issues with connections & cable has stayed secure.

The cable measures just under 5 metres, and is a sturdy 6mm in diameter. The cable has a USB A male terminal one end and a USB C male terminal at the other. A quarter of the way along from the USB A terminal is a USB charging socket. An adaptor from USB A female to USB C male is included. The overall feel of the cable is good quality. I have not used the cable with a VR headset, but data transfer between a laptop and a phone is trouble free and quick when using the cable, and the charging socket works well when a charger is plugged into it. A good powered (if necessary) data transfer cable, which I recommend. 5 stars.

The VR cable arrives well-packaged and presented. It's a nice thick cable, well-made, capable of fast charging, and manages to work fine connected to my laptop, running my VR headset smoothly even on the highest settings too. I like that it was both a USB-A and USB-C port option, so aren't just restricted to the main USB-A port. Overall, it's a very good quality cable that does what it is meant to.
