We all know why we buy this, helps a lot but you need to drink one before going out and one early in the morning. Doesn't remove the bad feeling but helps. Easy to resolve and the taste is okay. If you have muscle spasms this will work really well. It's a bit expensive without a discount

I was so confused what flavours to buy, so this pack was ideal for me as I could try them all. I really liked the watermelon but didn’t like the lemon & lime at all.I tried one of these after a night work out and could not sleep that night so I now take before the workout. It definitely helps with my fatigue and recovery.

I never leave a review for anything but feel i need to tell people about this product .it does work as a hangover remedy but it is potentially the worst thing I have ever tasted in my entire life !if u can manage to drink it,it does work but drinking it is like a bush tucker trial ,that can be the only possible comparison.I found the only way to get it down was to drink with sparkling flavoured water and continuously dilute it and keep stirring it .I promise it does work but it’s not for the faint hearted In Respect of how bad it tastes and how hard it is to consume .i gave given it 3 stars simply because its so bad in regards to actually drinking its contents x
