Joint strengthening tablets
pushed my squats way too hard and ended up with annoying knee pain, sharp under the kneecap and a dull ache down the sides. I started taking Vitabiotics two tablets a day. I kept lifting but used lighter weight and focused hard on perfect form. After a few weeks, the sharp pain totally cleared up, and then the side aches faded too. Now I just take one tablet a day to keep things good, and I'm happily back to lifting heavy. It really does help.

Good value but only if with subscription, too early to comment on vitamins as not been on them long enough, smell ok, easy to swallow due to shape.
