Went from a traditional, cheap, plastic laundry hamper to this. My old one was big and I liked it but it was hard to find a replacement until I found this one. This holds a lot and I like that there is no plastic. The fabric looks nice and the wooden handles are very strong. I love that its divided, it makes separating your laundry very easy.

This hamper is as described and fits my needs. It arrived in a very compact box, but well packed. It was easy to assemble, but at first I thought the corner rods were too long. I struggled to stretch the fabric over the ends of them so I could close the velcro. I ended up using a spoon to help me pressure the rod down under the wooden top edge - then everything was well-fitting and taunt. It feels stable and looks nice. I am using it to store 2 small (27ish") Christmas trees because I couldn't find any upright storage. The flexible separate compartments are perfect for this.

Very easy to install. Sturdiness is good. The only thing I don’t like about it is when dumping clothes out into a washer, the bag handles fall out and are a hassle to get back in. Over decent.

This is well designed and very nice looking hamper. The divides are great to sort lights from darks and the size is perfect for both my husband and me. It’s sturdy and easy to use. It starts out as a little wrinkled on the outside but they quickly fall out.

Liked it originally but does not hold up as well as expected. Too flimsy. Actually have to use tape to keep laundry bags in place The laundry bags fall off the racks each time and a hassle when clothes are placed in the hamper. Definitely not sturdy enough

Excellent customer service from Lifewit. Our first order unfortunately was missing the internal bags. We promptly contacted Lifewit and Sonny from Lifewit sent us a brand new replacement! The product is nice and the bags are useful to carry separately to the washing machine and back. Assembly is not that hard everybody!! Just pay attention to the diagram. It has great storage capacity, at least 2-3 loads easy.

I bought the first hamper for my kids room and really love the size and the fact that I can easily take both bags out. The material is great and it’s exactly what I wanted. I bought a second hamper for downstairs and it unfortunately had a rip in one of the laundry bags, but the seller was prompt in getting back to me and wound up shipping a brand new hamper in the place of the ripped one. I am more than satisfied with the hampers that I received and the seller/manufacture.

Edit to add: The seller reached out and offered to send a replacement product. I thought this was very generous of them. The replacement arrived promptly and I replaced my broken poles. There hasn't been a design change, though, so I'm pretty sure these poles will also fail if my cat jumps up there. But, maybe there was something that had otherwise damaged my first set of support poles. I've changed my review from one star to three because of the customer service being helpful. Original review: I bought this for my daughter's room to teach her how to sort lights and darks. I liked that the bags lifted out so she could carry them to do her own wash. BUT...my cat hopped on top of it, as expected, and both of the front support rods snapped. Now the thing is in a perpetual slouch. So...I'm going to have to figure out if I can engineer something with wooden dowel rods to strengthen the structure, or perhaps replace the whole hamper with another product that I can verify, in person, can hold up to a cat sitting on it. For the price, I was really hoping this would be a strong product. But now I'm left with a bummed out kid and a hamper I'm not quite sure what to do with. Also, this was slightly larger than I was hoping for/expecting, but that's my fault for not measuring better. There was a surprising amount of assembly with this product, but it was simple enough to do. It does require a screwdriver.
