Excellent affordable quality items just what I needed for training at home. Comes with a years warranty too. Very durable and easy to use comes with a workout poster. Fits in a small travel bag so you can take it anywhere!

I bought this set of resistance bands because I wanted a set where I could use a combination of bands to achieve the same resistance on pairs of bands to exercise both sides at the same time, and these provide that versatility. The set has two handles, carabiners, an ankle/wrist band, small bag and a door attachment (which I have not used). The quality seems good and the company provided an email address to contact if any problems with the bands, promising a prompt replacement if necessary. I'm happy with the purchase and I would say these are good value for money.

The bands were good they have decent resistance and stretchiness they are comfortable only reason why I let a star off is because at home I didn't have anything to strap these bands to and use them safely so if these bands came with something that would give you safety while you workout such as holding the bands firmly and in place i would give it a 5/5 then but for the price the bands are decent just one thing could be added for safety that's about it

Very good exercise product good range of weight bands very good price

Firstly these bands look - and work well. Comfortable handles, nice travel bag and well made. They offer a good workout with minimal fuss. Use them 20 minutes everyday. However as with all this type of band they have a fairly short (3 or 4 weeks of moderate 20 minutes per day use) working life. First they start to lose elasticity, then they crack in half at a random point. Sometimes they twang in two halves which catches you with surprise. So good, but bank on repeat purchases if used regularly.

Pretty good quality and the various parts are all useful.

Good but for guys, for stronger people you’ll only use the black one, the rest aren’t enough resistance
