Was not pre-programmed to operate Sky+ box so had to do that first then had to program it to operate TV but at this price cannot complain

Waste of money - do not buy!
This remote does not work properlyThe buttons are constantly getting stuck and within a few months it is now unusable - a faulty product. Does not work at all, there is only a 30day return window on this so do not buy this as give it a couple of months it won’t work anymore

volume control wont work
dissapointed that the volume buttons dont work, I have to use my other remote, which is annoying. Other than that is seems to work ok, but the buttons do seem a bit overly stiff, maybe because they need use to ease them.
