Bought this for my wife to replace and old two wheel case. Laughed as it would roll away on the slightest of grades. Having multiple TravelPros over the years one gets used to the ease of the movement on these units. Nice quality overall and worth the price.

It is everything that is described. It is very lightweight and very well made. It is so easy to move in any direction and the handle feels good in my hand. I haven't traveled with it yet but I am looking forward to taking it on my next trip

Great quality carry on for a reasonable price. I've had a Maxlite for years, so I was a little concerned about this Tourlite that I bought for my wife. I needn't have worried - it's almost identical, possibly even a little sturdier.

Was exactly as described! I was able to match a piece I already own. Haven’t used it yet but on inspection looks good. My other one has held up well through 3 trips so far

Worked really well. The 4 set of wheels really helpful when rolling through the airport even for its size. I had older suitcases with two wheels and it is definitely a game changer. Lighter also. Our older suitcases-were 16 pounds empty-26 inch, 18 inch-10 pounds. The only issue I had is the zipper quality is not very smooth around the corners. For the price, it is good.

Purchased gift for my husband. Great piece of luggage for six days trip. He didn’t need to check it. Price was reasonable. I recommend the seller.

ZERO STARS... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME!AVOID TravelPro. Pay more $ for any other brand and save yourself the headache of dealing with them. I have been a LOYAL purchaser of TravelPro for over 25 years. They have lost my business and will NEVER be able to regain my trust. My first purchase was a roller board which I used for over 20 years with no issues or complaints. The wheels were easy to replace and it was an awesome bag. I have recommended them to many family and friends but am now embarrassed by the recommendation. My recent 25" spinner bag lasted 2 trips before the airline damaged the handle. It should be an easy repair / fix, but I can't get a simple repair part. The bag is now sitting in a 3rd world country making its way to a landfill.I can't believe that they even publish a customer support number, because they disconnect you without an option to speak with someone. The Online Chat feature is useless as it is an AI bot, that simply directs you to the customer service portal to enter your info, to only go into a BLACK HOLE! They say they will respond within 3 biz days, but it has been 3 months and I entered 3 separate entries with ZERO response.They do have authorized repair centers, but they ONLY take walk in's. You cannot ship to them for repair.... the closest repair center to me is 4 hours drive.On the website, it directs you to Amazon to purchase replacement parts... What??? You go to amazon and there are NO replacement parts there.I am done with TravelPro. This has to be one of the worst purchases I have ever made! Do some research and you will find better options that will be there for you when you need them.

I haven’t used yet but it came in good shape, all zippers work well and wheels and handle function smoothly. Good depth and lightweight. Small outside pocket is quite small.,
