The media could not be loaded. Some toy train sets have both polarities of magnets on both sides so you can stick them in either orientation (meaning you can stick the "front" or "back" of the train car to the front" or "back" of another). This one does not, it only goes together one way. In addition to this, the animals snap onto each train car and can free rotate around. This is pretty nice, except that makes it impossible to have a front or back orientation based on the animal. As such, kids have a really hard time connecting the train together. In addition, the magnets are really weak, so even when they connect them, it comes apart when they try to move the train. Also, the animals tend to make the trains a little topheavy and the cars tend to tip over. All that being said, my kid loves animals and trains and this is a fun combination. It is also made of wood and comes with a little bag for storage which is quite nice.

The train set is not only bright and colorful but teaches the child to count. It also teaches hand/eye coordination by having them snap the pieces together (the animals snal onto the train cars). The cars themselves are magnetic and can be joined together to form the correct series of numbers. Great for kids 3 years and older as they start to learn numbers and colors.

This is most likely one of the best and easiest ways to teach toddlers, and that is by playing! This educational animal train set has numbered and colorful train cars, so that children can learn their numbers, colors, and also their animals! Each animal snaps on to its own same colored wheeled base and each base connects to every other base magnetically. This is an excellent and durable educational toy that will grow with your child for years.

I got these for my kids who are obsessed with trains. They absolutely love them. They are colorful and the animals all spin on top of the cars.There is some assembly required, but nothing that I couldn’t do in about 5 seconds per car. They are perfectly matched with most wooden trains and fit on the Thomas track just fine. They are well magnetized and seem to be pretty sturdy. I’m a big fan and at $17 it’s well worth it seeing how much these wooden trains generally cost.

Well made wood pieces and magnetic connections. Some oddities with the "diets" but its unique at least. Not a fan of the button connections between the animals and train cars, but it is functional. I'm pretty certain some of the images are plagiarized/copyrighted, but they're cute.

These are well made, stick together well by snapping the top part into the car, and then a magnet to attach cars to each other. You match the color and the number. Well made, any child will love these.

Nice wooden trains to either start your first set or add onto an existing set. We got these to give out in goody bags for my sons birthday

This is a lovely little toy train and animal set. It is well made with lovely bright colours which kids love. The child can have a lot of fun playing with this and learning skills at the same time without really trying. Perfect for dexterity and hand to eye coordination. The child has to match the animal with the train by either the number in figures or by counting then attach them to the train via magnets. The animal has to be positioned correctly before it clicks into place so again this helps them improve their dexterity skills. The trains then attach to each other by magnets. Hours if fun to be had. This is a well thought out toddlers toy.

This is a cute colourful train set…Each colour is bagged in a zip lock bag so damage free…The colours are bright and there is a different animal on each one….There are 10 in total.and are very well made….the train connects together by magnets on the ends of each part….Little ones will love this train….
