Vanish spray
Great on fresh stains!This spray works really well on fresh marks – especially food stains on baby clothes and muddy splashes. Easy to use and doesn’t have a strong chemical smell. For older or stubborn stains, it needs a good soak or repeat spray. Still a staple in my cleaning cupboard!

Works well but not for all stains
Worked for most grease stains, but not always reliably - some needed a second or third wash. Wasn't effective on blood or grass stains. Didn't affect colours. Easy to apply and not an unpleasant smell. The bottle is large and lasts a long time. Reasonable value for money but not quite as much as Elbow Grease spray, or even better the Shout spray.

Great stain remover pretreatment
Great stain remover for clothes and bedding, pretreatment needed on fabrics I usually give it a few minutes before starting the washing machine after I have sprayed the treatment on the marks

This is the best Vanish product I’ve ever used . I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.
This is the best Vanish product I’ve used — I’ve been using them for years too —- it works so well , saves going over and over the problem several times . I’ve had no leakage from the bottle .its so easy to use . A quick squirt and it’s done .

Warning on bottle that it shouldn't be used on wool.
Bought this to try to clean a stubborn stain from a carpet. After reading the 'structions' I saw it can't be used on wool. So not suitable for most carpets and jumpers in our house.I've read the description on the Amazon site and can't find a warning about wool, hence the 3 stars. I trust it will still come in handy the next time I spill curry on my polyester/cotton trousers and shirts!
