Calphalon® Ceramic Nonstick 8" and 10" Frying Pan Set, Silver Ash

Pretty cookware! I finally spent some money on a pot and pan set, and wow what a difference it makes! Nothing sticks to the bottom, and things somehow just cook/sauté so much better! Great deal for the price!

I love these pots and pans! They heat evenly, clean up easily, and make cooking feel much easier. No sticking, no weird hotspots, just solid, reliable cookware that looks nice too. If you're thinking about it- get them.

I've had our Calphalon® Ceramic Nonstick 12-pc. Cookware Set for about a month and I can truely say this is non-stick cookware. I have dry-fried several differnet foods, including eggs, without them sticking. Any minor carbonization is quickly and easily cleaned. With a minimum amout of bacon grease, about an 1/8 of atps., I can loosen the edges of fried eggs and swirl them in the pan. I could not with my Gothic Steel cook set. The long handles stay cool as do the lid hadles. The slotted lids and pour spouts make drain vegetables and pasta easy and safe. They show no signs of scratching from using metal utensils. Time will tell how dishwasher compatable they are. Definitately worth the money.

I have several large skillets but needed to smaller ones for smaller jobs. Cookware can be expensive, but I got these at a good discount so decided to give them a try. I just got them and like the way they look and feel, plus the fact that they are dishwasher safe and oven safe. I used one for the first time today to make omelets and they turned out great with no sticking whatsoever. And the cleanup was a breeze. As long as I use plastic or silicon utensils and no harsh abrasive cleaners, as directed, they should work fine for a long time. I hope. Only complaint is that the handle stayed cool except for where it joined the pan, so be careful where you grab it.

Amazing quality and durability! The sauce pans have spouts and the lids have holes on the side, you’ll never need another strainer!

6/29/25 7 Month Update Review - (I DON'T DO A LOT OF REVIEWS, ESP UPDATES. READ THIS!)I was beyond happy the first few weeks of owning this set. The first true non-stick pans experience I've ever had. Talk about bait and switch. Between the 5th-10th use of the pans, the non-stick failed and it was never non stick ever again. Instead it became EVERYTHING STICKS. You name it, eggs, any meat, vegetables.... everything sticks immediately and burns into it. I have to use heavy oil with everything for the food not to stick to the pan. When the food sticks, it puts permanent black marks on the surface that I could not get and any level of scrubbing. I've even tried the overnight baking soda trick and even that didn't work. Even the pretty color of the bottom of the pans became discolored permanently.I am shocked that Caphalon decided that they needed to ruin the great rep of their brand with such a terrible product. Btw, this happened to every pan under absolutely normal use. And they were handwashed at all times. Never been in the dishwasher. Bottom line is that this is sold as a ceramic non-stick product as its one and only reason for being.... and at that, IT IS A COMPLETE FAIL. I am not even going to get 9 months use out of this set. I am about to go hunting for a real non-stick set. I've had great experiences with Caphalon in the past and wouldn't discourage anyone from the brand in general. Just steer clear of this set (and maybe anything in their lower tier offerings).

Easy cleaning, non stick pans. Works great for egg frying, heats up fast, low flame

These are hands down the best pans I’ve ever used. I’m a loyal Caphalon pan owner and have had several sets throughout my life; these are the best! They beat out all the other brands I’ve had.
