These are not for healing sore feet or legs.
I love this product, but people should know that this does not solve your feet or leg’s issues. Your feet will still be sore when you wake up. Knowing this, I still love this product and it is a must for me. I get very inflamed feet and legs when I am trying to sleep. These patches keep my legs cool and ease the pain. I also have restless leg syndrome and these help tremendously. I have used these during vacation to see if they help make feet less sore overnight, they do not. But they do help ease pain while they are on, and I consider them a must have.

The media could not be loaded. If you sweat, the patch will easily fall off. Attach something else on top of the patch and wear clothes with spandex. I have used this for 3 years, but I only use it on my knees and wrists. The effect is good.
