DJI Osmo Helmet Chin Mount Clip

Nice little addition for Osmo Action Camera. Nice and secure fit for most helmets and easy to clip on and off. Good sturdy design and has the secondary retention you can loop round your chin strap.

This chin mount is an excellent bit of kit. The spring based clamping system is so strong that it takes a decent effort to open. This gives you piece of mind that it will stay attached at "motorway speeds" officer. It grips the chin of my full face helmet so tight that there is no chance of it coming off, while at the same time it doesn't damage the surface of the helmet, which is brilliant. There is great adjustability with the usual DJI camera mount. Honestly it's just a robust, well designed chin mount which does exactly what you want it to do. Highly recommend.

Works great and fits my full face helmet nicely. Strong grip and no chance of slipping off at speed. Fyi. It’s basically a stong oversized clothes peg so yo can use is on anything you can clip it to like backpack straps etc

Super strong spring mount, I must be getting weak in my old age needed to use both hands 😳 Just one issue cannot be used on flip up helmets as the mount interferes with the visor. Cannot fit on top of helmet or on the front mouth piece. Nor on the side if you keep flipping up the chin piece. So it's going on my full face helmet,no problems on this. Apart from this, it is a great well made bit of kit 👍

Really good clip fits all helmets with chin surround. I use it on my motorbike but also taken Go-Karting. Really good grip and solid. No worries if it ever coming off due to strength of grip

While the mount is extremely secure and versatile, I think most reviews fail to capture what I think is its biggest drawback (hence the 3 stars): it's extremely bulky. I can't tilt my head down anymore when wearing it, as the clip will hit my chest. Not much of a problem while riding the motorbike, but at times you may have your helmet on while off the bike, and that's when your range of movement is limited by the clip. Otherwise, extremely secure, and if you don't mind the limited range of movement, it will do a great job of fixing the cam to not only your helmet but anything that you can clip something on

This is a great clip. It has the grip of a crocodile, on my Shoie helmet, so I'm not concerned it's going to fall off. The camera attachment points are very robust and once you have fitted your camera and mic the whole thing is super easy to fit. The price on Amazon is good and the basic functionality makes using this thing a breeze. Don't get your fingers trapped in it!

Je suis enchanté par cet achat. Utilisé avec une GoPro hero 7 black. J'y ai ajouté une petite extension de fixation afin de pouvoir incliner suffisamment la caméra une fois montée à la mentonnière (en effet, cette fixation est à la base faite pour l'action cam DJI mais en rusant un peu, ça passe avec la GoPro). Le gros avantage est qu'il n'est pas nécessaire de coller ou fixer définitivement le support au casque, un vrai + car permet de préserver l'esthétique et l'intégrité du casque une fois que l'on a terminé de filmer !

Fantastico. Ho fatto bene a fidarmi di DJI. Dopo essermi scervellato su duemila aggeggi con adesivi, viti e altre diavolerie… ecco il “mollettone”! Semplice, si applica in un secondo, si trasporta da un casco all’altro. La molla è fortissima, la conformazione della “ganascia” lo adatta a qualsiasi mentoniera. Sul casco non si incolla/avvita nulla. Dopo un mese di uso quotidiano nel percorso casa lavoro, l'oggetto mantiene le promesse, non si è mai mosso e non ha rovinato la mentoniera del casco nonostante la forza della pinza. Cose importanti da consirerare: 1) per montare la cam direttamente sul supporto occorre montarla al contrario. Funziona perfettamente. 2) La pinza, anche quando la camera è montata dritta, sporge abbastanza sotto la mentoniera. 3) la parte inferiore della pinza sporge sotto il casco e a volte dà fastidio con i colletti complicati delle giacche touring, soprattutto da fermo quando muovo molto la testa per controllare i dintorni, la moto, ecc. In movimento la cosa non si nota più. 4) ho preso un braccetto aggiuntivo da pochi cm e, allontanando la cam, ho potuto montarla dritta e quindi più in alto. Very impressive product! Used for more than 12 hours, woth DJI action pro 5. Even at 120 km/h it doesn't move! Perfect for when changing helmets !
