Can you open the capsule?

no, not advisable, not even tried. Probably tastes awful! I don't know if it is a slow release capsule, but trying swallowing with milk instead of water, works for me. Hope this helps. Brilliant product, works well.

does it help with weight loss?

No, it doesn't. I didn't see/feel any difference taking this.

do you get two bottles with eaxh purchase? it states 30 days supply but the bottle on the back states 30 capsules in the bottle and recommends 2 a day

Did this supplement help with hair loss?

My hair was coming out in handfuls after frequent venesections for haemochromotosis. I started taking Credence (Philip Day’s website) ‘Iron Plus’ 12.5mg, one a day and I still do. I now have very thick healthy hair. Worth trying 😊
