I absolutely love this!!! It’s easy to use, the manual it came with is pretty easy to read and understand. Great for frozen coffee that’s mostly what I use it for. Kids love slushies great for summertime. Tastes amazing, definitely worth the purchase! Fits right in the counter next to my sink, quality item works really really well.

I shopped and shopped looking for a slushie machine for my wife's birthday. Had been looking since Christmas. Read countless reviews. It definitely helped me score some points with wife. It does everything she wanted and more. Clean up is easy and the parts are dishwasher safe, although we hand wash. Comes with lots of suggestions for drinks and how to substitute the sugar content. I'm very happy and my wife likes experimenting. Good price, easy to use and easy to clean.

Absolutely love the ninja slushi! Frozen drinks that are ready in very little time. It’s very simple to use. Only downfall, don’t try to use it for frozen soda, it will be flat :(

Wow! This machine is amazing!! I have had it for a few months and was well worth the spend. I have made both alcoholic and non-alcoholic slushes. Both turn out perfect! It’s very easy to take apart and clean (I hand wash only). Just make sure you have the top handle locked in place before you add the liquid or you’ll have a mess (I won’t make that mistake again! 🤣). Instructions are clear. I like the small recipe book that comes with it. It lives up to its promises. No issues with shipping, packaging, etc. It does take up some counter space but fits under my cabinets. It’s a bit awkward to move around - similar in weight to a stand mixer. I like to store mine under the counter but pull it out when in use. Be sure to keep upright when moving otherwise will have to wait 2 hours before using it again.

Best slush machine for the money.Freezes fast and recovers fast, easy to operate and use and clean, only gripe is i wish the holding tank was larger to hold more drinks.Would purchase again

Got this for my lady for Christmas and we still use it. It's fun to use. Has great build quality and easy to clean. It sits in our kitchen and it's not very loud. Makes fun, tasty slushies for us and the kids. Great value for money

Delivered its original box for everyone to see what it was as well with how many messages I received to say the delivery date is pushed to a later date. Alone with the free advertising to the neighborhood, the box had a lot of tape as if it was open. The bottom portion of the box was cut open and taped up with tow different tapes. Once unpacked, everything looked good put its when I go through the setup and directions on how to use is when I got the bad news. I went to try it out and all it did was make a loud grinding noise. At this point all I can assume that the packaging clearly was tampered with and probably switched out. Now fighting to get this resolved.
