For starts, I returned my product after a day, here's why.I don't know if I got a bad unit, I assume so, phantom power resulted in a weird high pitch hum on my NT1, I also have a few dynamics, I tested the unit with my SE V7 which isn't a gain hungry dynamic and something my Focuswrite can easily handle, yet the preamps were very noisy.The headphone amp was fine though, for anyone who cares.Given the amount of good reviews and it being known for awesome silent preamps, it seems pretty obvious I got a bad unit. It was enough though for me to not bother getting a replacement.

I don't have anything against the product.But receiving a used item when the description says that is new? it seems a bit dodgy.

Great quality, compact but solid metal construction. USB compliant, so just plug in and go. Great sound through Rode NT-1 and Rode Procaster

Amazon warehouse described as cosmetic damage, it arrived in perfect conditionThe interface itself is amazing and so easy to use, seamless integration with windows 10 and very very good audio

Super clean preamps for the price, best in class honestly. Zero issues and entirely effortless, so much better than my Focusrite gen 2 Solo which was plagued with problems.

First one i assumed was faulty, got a replacement. Same thing.Not an expert, but seems rubbish.

Once this thing is working it's fantastic, super clean preamp, build quality is great and just a stupid powerful headphone amp.One thing I have to warn people about however is its super fussy about about the bus its using. I have an ITX motherboard with only USB 3.0 interfaces, and this will drop out after about 10 minutes of use and I have zero Idea why. So I got a little usb 2.0 breakout board and that let me use this no problem.
