Hose Buddy Plus

This is the first night of use. It allows the hose to swivel and not get tangled up. The 2 set screws were missing.

Works great, but super expensive compared to others on the market. I only got it because I wanted the black color... but, it's priced way too high compared to the blue one on the market (and others) that are just as good.

I’m not one to write many reviews, but the hose buddy improved my sleep tremendously. Easy to assemble and use, it kept me from rolling over on my house throughout the night. Works perfectly and is quality built. Every user if a PAP machine should have this. Can’t believe I’ve gone this long without it.

The instructions refer to setscrews in two of the parts, which are meant to stabilize the unit. Put simply, there are no holes for set screws or set screws provided. Also, the instructions to attach part the two part C also refer to set screws which are there, but can’t be connected in the manner they instruct you to, so, basically, you have a rather tall, potentially unstable tower over your head. Others have complained about this, but I don’t see anything from the manufacturer responding to this.

This product very efficiently solves the problem of the hose getting tangled up around your body. After reading Amazon reviews,I bought the Plus version because I have a deeper mattress and I didn't know if the other cheaper products would work with a deep mattress. The product is inserted between the top mattress and the box springs. Once we assembled the product (see picture), we slid the triangular piece under the top mattress about two feet from the top corner of the bed on the side where we wanted the product to be and were able to slide it along to just around the corner. We also slid it over farther right above the middle of the pillow. With some experimentation, I preferred to have the Hose Buddy Plus just around the top corner of the bed (see picture). Tip: By inserting the Hose Buddy Plus two feet from the top corner and sliding it, we didn't have to move the bedside table or the bed. The assembly instructions mention two foam pieces; only one was included, but the second piece was not needed. I agree that the product is not beautiful, but it is sturdy and really works.

I thought the $16 version was really nice for 4 years. After that one finally broke, I bought this one. It's a huge difference. So much easier to adjust hose (up & down). The hose stays anywhere you adjust it except for swing back & forth. Nice heavy duty build and powder coat. I prefer this taller version also. Highly recommended.

It does the trick. It holds the hose up and gives me a place to hang the mask when not in use. It’s fairly heavy as it’s made out of wrought iron. A little expensive, but probably better quality than other products out there.

Super easy to assemble and put the triangle base under the mattress, then Velcro your hose to it. I have used a CPAP for several years and the hose buddy helps lift the pressure from the hose pulling downward on my face so much that I’m definitely sleeping better. I’ve always been a wild sleeper, tossing and turning, and the hose buddy keeps up with me, lol. If you are considering this purchase, just buy it. I”m sleeping better and keeping my CPAP on longer than ever.
