Soon arrived and very well packaged . I was surprised how soon it was to operate and ride . I put it on charge for a couple of hours and then gave it a test ride all seems great and i can't fault it . Takes only seconds to fold or onfold and is more compact than I thought . Yeah its a little heavy but being able to get it in the rear of my car to take with me to the coast whilst out with our touring caravan will be awesome . I'm happy with the scooter and I'm ordering a bag to hang on the seat back to put a bit of shopping in lol .

Early days yet but looks good folds away Neatly one major flaw for me is that it’s really heavy and I needed to put it in the back of the car and maybe other peoples car. So bare that in mind it’s very heavy. Also difficult to find out who is the dealer and how to contact them. It is a nice bit of kit though.

The service up to delivery was great. The scooter is well-made and folds easily. It is heavy to be lifting in and out of a car boot.it runs smoothly and is quiet.Be advised, if for whatever reason, you need to send the scooter back it will be you who has to pay the PPand it is not cheap. Make sure it is what you want!!!

Brilliant bit of kit

This is a great little scooter, it's auto collapse and return to full size. I have found it has to have a large turning space also the handles are straight so you have to lean forward, but it is quite comfortable.There is one thing that was not mentioned on the information on the Amazon site but is on the information from the seller on delivery is that they say the scooter should not be used in rain/snow.i wouldnt have purchased this scooter if i had this information before hand

Why did you choose this product over others?:After a couple of teething problems, and advice from the seller, the scooter is now running well. The turning circle is not brilliant but apart from that I have no complaints.

A lovely robust mobility scooter it can be as fast or as slow as you wish. Folded up it’s neat compact takes up little space. When I received the scooter it comes folded up, pushed the key fob nothing watched YouTube videos and many other videos to try and unfold it. Went back to it the next day pushed a little silver coloured button at rear of machine while hubby pushed key fob and the scooter started to unfold .. I wish the manufacturer had put clear instructions in the user manual to begin with.. was really pleased that we have scooter working no problem now. The seller was very helpful and offered us WhatsApp tutorial on how to unfold scooter.This is not a reflection on the seller but their courier service really let them down and myself , scooter was supposed to arrive on the 19th but it didn’t, it took me two phone calls before it was delivered finally on the 24th June. The seller was very apologetic about the delay but it was not his fault. DX Freight was to blame for the delay. I’m delighted with my purchase and looking forward to being mobile once more. I would have given five stars the courier let the seller down..when I made contact with the seller always a prompt answer helpful and polite. Thank you..
