Cleanest Adhesive Option!
I absolutely love this alternative to tape as it’s probably the cleanest option I’ve come across. The main thing was not damaging the surface and can attest that I’ve not had any issues so far. I definitely don’t use anything considered heavy though so your situations may vary based off the material used. The ease of use to remove and setup is all very seamless and has a firm hold.Overall if you need some adhesive options then this is a great pick!Hope the insight helps, cheers! :^)

I don’t recommend the product
I loved the concept thinking that I could remove the magnets without any damage and change locations of a wall hanging. When I wanted to move the location of the picture that I hung I couldn’t get the magnet on the wall off eventually I did get it off and the sheet rock came with it so now I have to spackle that and try to find the paint. so unless you want to make something permanent, I wouldn’t recommend.

Super strong magnets
The KLAPiT magnetic picture hanging strips has four pairs of metal holders and a matching magnet for each pair. I wanted to hang two 16” x 20” metal prints (aluminum and very light), so I used two pairs on the top corner of each print. I cleaned the surface with some alcohol before attaching the metal holders to the wall and the back of the prints. The double-sticky adhesive is very strong and easily holds the metal holders. In fact, the adhesive is so strong when I tried to move one adhesive (before I even pressed it down), it pulled the paint right off my wall. While that was clearly my mistake for placing the adhesive in the wrong position, I would have hoped I could remove it without peeling off the paint that’s been on the wall for about five years. This does make me wonder about them being ‘reusable’ because I’m now very hesitant about trying to move the adhesive and metal plates to another position on the wall. While these worked in this application, if I were to do this again for this application, I think I’d just go with some Velcro attachments because I really didn’t need the extra holding strength offered by these magnets. But, as I look at the prints on my wall, these hanging strips hold the prints off the wall by about 3/8” and that gives them a very pleasant 3D appearance.Overall, I’m happy with these picture hanging strips.

Impressive but Expensive
Impressively strong little magnet. This is relatively speaking as it is strong enough to mount things like plates and framed art. I would not use it to hold up shelves though. Very niche product though. Its real strength is being able to mount things on glass or smooth tile and for mounting odd shaped things you do not want to damage (like bowls or plates). Realistically, it is too expensive of a product. If you want little to no wall damage to hang art, you can use the 3M drywall hooks you press into the wall which you can get a lot more of for less and those hold an impressive amount of weight. For lighter things, there is mounting putty and that has zero wall damage. This is not zero wall damage despite what they would have you believe. The adhesive is STRONG on the strips. Very strong. It needs to be to hold up whatever heavy item you want to be held in place with a magnet. This means that peeling off the adhesive is a pain and a chore. Trying to peel or scrape it off will undoubtedly damage the paint on the drywall so there is still that to look forward to. Personally, I would prefer to deal with a near unnoticeable hole from a art mounting nail rather than peeling adhesive off drywall.I knocked a star for price but if you need to hang some weird thing (like a planter as in the advertising) or want to mount stuff directly to your window, this is probably the best option for that.

I never expected to be impressed by a magnetic hanging product
I never knew I needed more magnets in my life. This is such a clever concept! I usually use Velcro hanging strips for pictures and décor that I move around or swap seasonally, but that is now changing. I tested one of these on our youngest’s newest school picture frame. The adhesive works great so far (been over a week now) and it makes it easy for our son to swap out pictures as he desired and be able to put the frame back up in the appropriate spot super easily. I love it for a dry erase board that I have that I don’t have room for on the refrigerator but have a spot in the hallway to the kitchen instead. I’m petite though and it’s difficult for me to take down or rehang things that are at “normal” visual heights, and I have some medical issues that makes it difficult for me to write with my arm lifted for long, so I needed a way to be able to easily remove the board, update it with the new weekly meals and snacks, plus important notes, and pop it right back up. I was kind of surprised by how unfinished the backside of each tile is, but it doesn’t affect the quality at all. The magnet is a great strength and the adhesives with the metal tiles are perfect. They don’t look bad on the wall when a piece of décor is down, which can’t be said for Velcro strips randomly on a wall or piece of furniture (we use the sides of bookcases as well for displaying pictures and keepsakes). This product should make the reigning adhesive and hanging company nervous. I love these magnetic hanging strips with nano technology. It’s a premium product instead of the disposable vibe of the popular hanging products brand and it’s worth the cost to us for certain circumstances. As our budget allows, we plan to integrate KlapIt pieces for the frequently moved items.

Too small
Adhesive didn’t really hold on a prepped, very smooth painted wall. Also is too small, the larger magnets that ship with Displate are much more functional. Unfortunately they aren’t available for sale separately. I was hoping this would be a good substitute.
