Great for deadlifting
Really like these! They help me lift to my max and still work out my forearms. They are able to hold a lot of weight, so far have helped me to lift 270 pounds. Good quality, no tearing or breaking. Good design too. Nice fit. Would but again!

Good Value, Solid Construction
I am disabled and confined to a wheelchair. To keep what strength I have, I wheel up behind a modified exercise bike and pedal away at least three times a week. Over the past year it has become difficult to retain my grip on the handlebars, so I searched around hoping I'd find something just like this. They've made it much easier for me to keep my hold on the handlebars, and my hands, wrists, and shoulders are no longer taking a beating.Though I'm not using them to lift weights, I can't see how any weightlifter would be disappointed with them. They're built like a tank and comfortable around my wrists. At first I was a little disappointed because the logo, which is sewn onto the Velcro band, made it difficult to cinch the band snugly against my wrist. Now that I have them broken in, it's no longer an issue. Good product, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Makes Lifting Heavy Much More Efficient
These are great for lifting heavy, such as deadlifts or RDLs. They are great for focusing on the right muscles if your grip normally fails before your main muscles.I managed to increase my reps by 50%. Instead of my grip failing at 10 or 11 reps, I was able to do the same weight for 16 and thus increase the weight.Compared to straps the metal hooks are much more comfortable and feel sturdier. They do make my wrists extremely sweaty and start to slip down my hand, not enough to fall slide off...yet.

great budget buy
I like to do T bar rows in my apartment with my plates and barbell and these have helped me up my game and add more plates. if I put my hand together and overlap the hooks under the bar it is very efficient.I was most surprised at how well made these are! the grips are covered in a thin grippy material that is perfect and the straps that go around your wrists are very comfortable and tighten very far, which, as a 5-foot-tall female with tiny wrists is important for me.

Good, but not what I needed for my powerblocks.
These appear to be good quality at first glance. But I bought them for a very specific purpose, and they do not fit my equipment - so they are not useful to me and it's too much effort to return.I'm detailing my use-case to maybe help another buyer. I have Powerblock Elite adjustable dumbells, with the stage 1 extension, which brings each dumbell to a max of 70lbs.When doing exercises with them 60 lbs or less, there is enough space on the outer dumbell cylinder/pillar for me to use a standard lifting strap for grip support. But, when the dumbell is configured to be 65 or 70 - you can no longer wrap your hand around the exterior pillars. The extra weight shell blocks it - so you are forced to use the standard internal/center pillar column.I was hoping these lifting hooks would fit into the center column of the dumbell and wrap around the pillar. But - they do not. The hook is too wide and can't get around the angles. So - I must find another grip support for the 65/70 exercises - because this is not it. The search continues.

Not what I thought I purchased
I actually was looking for something more along the lines of a versa grip, imagine my surprise to find that these things have big ‘ol’ metal hooks instead of fabric. I gave them a go and can say I’m very happy with the product. Thought they’d be cumbersome and/or overkill but they are in fact precisely what I needed. I find it particularly effective when I grip the handles with my index and thumb and let the rest of the palm and fingers grip the hook. Very comfortable and because you have a partially open grip, really works the forearms.

These work great!
Was having problems with my grip, came across these and decided to give them a try. Well.....fell in love with them! Use them for my heavy shrugs and weighted pullups mostly. Actually lifting heavier than I thought I could. Jumped 90 pounds on my shrugs, w/these, for reps. 315 to 405. Know I can do even more than that now, not having to limit myself with grip strength giving out, but want to go up gradually so I dont tear anything. Definitely recommend these. They are comfortable and very well made. I'm sure that they will last a very long time.
