I was worried that it wouldn’t be such a great quality bag but it came on time it’s the perfect size and super spacious it doesn’t look bulky or like a travel bag either such a great purchase!!! Came with cute charms aswell it has perfect structure and looks like it’ll last and the zipper functions well and it’s definitely a great bag for school and work it works amazing !!!

My daughter loves her bag, says its comfortable, holds weighty items like her chromebook well (including heavy keychains) and still be comfortable. It's well made and has lots of room.

Nice large purse/tote. I love that I can put a picture in the heart spot!! I removed the pom pom, but you can do alot of things with this!! Well worth the price!!

I really like how it is made and it is sturdy. I also like the size and how much it can fit. I will say that the straps seem a little shorter than expected but it also comes with a cross body strap so if it is a problem you can use that other wise I am really happy with my purchase

Love this! Great size, fits everything I need. I’m using it as my work bag. I love that it has feet on the bottom! I needed a black bag to go with my black and white work uniform. This would also be great for school! They even threw in a keychain charm and a love omamori! Aaaaa love it!

a 2020 MacBook Air fits very well on the interior pocket of the bag. I ordered the version without the heart clear screen and it's great to put my school ID and bus pass for easy access without people seeing. The quality and hardware is amazing as well. The leather also makes it very easy to wipe down if it gets dirty unlike the other Japanese Ita bags on amazon that may get dirty easily because of the material. Also has feet which are really nice and arrived the next day. If you're looking for a good quality Ita bag for everyday use then this is a perfect choice!!

Looked cute, bought for school books. Received on September 9th, it's October 12th now. I stopped using handles when they began to tear, and switched to strap. Today the strap clip broke, very unhappy with buying this and it only lasting a month.

Very happy with the purchase. Fits my 15in laptop and stuff. I am going to use it for work and travelling. Just love it.
