I started taking magnesium supplements when I took ibuprofen and lansoprazole because they deplete magnesium in the body. I can longer take ibuprofen so I stopped taking the supplements. I found my sleep and gut were not as good, nothing else had changed so I restarted magnesium.My sleep is so much better, no more tossing and turning, waiting to drop off. I wake refreshed even though I'm in constant pain with other health issues. My gut has settled down as well.
