I was very worried about using creatine because of the stomach issues I have read about. I started with a 2.5g dose on day 1 just to be safe and I had no stomach issues. The next day I tried 5g and I still had no stomach issues. I was relieved! I did however make sure it dissolved in a glass of water and drank it after a meal. There is virtually no taste at all and it does not smell.I also see that some have mentioned that the powder did not dissolve for them, but I have had zero issues with that.My favorite part, the simple ingredients and the high quality of this product.I can’t give a review just yet about the effectiveness or if it provides an Energy boost since I just started, but I will be sure to update in a couple months. An Energy boost during and after a work out would be nice though!
