Very convenient device for me, but i need time to pair when I use it for the first time

4 out of 5 stars—The instructions are very hard to read because of the small print but the device is really straightforward to use. The display out port on my laptop isnt USB-C so I needed to use an adapter that I also got from Amazon. Once I got it up and running, it works well. It’s a great way to project my working embroidery designs on a larger screen while I’m creating them using digitizing software and a graphic drawing tablet.

I plugged it in on both ends, click the only button on both ends, it worked. That sounds a little anticlimactic, but this is a case where you don't want it to need a bunch of setup. I got this to use with travelling yoga instructors. We'd been using "long" 6ft HDMI cables that left the instructors tethered to the TV in the corner, this was not ideal. Now they can place their laptop pretty much anywhere (the center of the room, as is their customary position) and still transmit with ease. Our yoga teacher classes are attended both in person and online, so getting everyone the ability to see what's going on can be challenging. Removing the ankle shackle of the computer-tv connection is like a breath of fresh air. The device feels a little like connecting a WEP (am I getting this right?) router where you click the button on each end to pair the devices. That's it. There's a splash screen on the tv side that is light blue with white writing/graphic that lets you know you're on the right input. The tv needs an HDMI between it and the box, the box also needs power via USB-C. The PC side is just a USB-c plug. That's it. Plug, plug, plug, click, click, done. My computer was set up to add a screen rather than mirror, so at first I just saw the background pic, not the windows I had opened. I was able to just slide the appropriate window to the right to get it on the tv screen. I could also adjust settings for the display to "mirror," but I like it this way.

The Verbatim Share My Screen Video Extender is awesome! It's easy to use, it has a pretty simple pairing process, and has included instructions, if needed too (the Amazon page has video as well). This device allows you to share from just about anything that has a screen. It has a USB-C connection transmitter, HDMI receiver, USB-A port for other devices, and even has a SD/microSD slot to share from memory cards. It can be used for presentations, gaming, streaming, etc. Anything you want to show on another screen, like a video saved on your phone, you can show on your TV, or a monitor. The possibilities are pretty much endless for using this video extender. The picture is fantastic too, it can be used with 4K. All of it is done without a bunch or cords, or cables, also, and it has a great wireless range of about 30ft. It definitely comes in handy if there's no smart TV around, and want to easily connect a phone, to stream movies, shows, etc, without the cords, to the TV to use it as the screen. I'm really enjoying the versatility, and how easy it is to use. I'll be getting plenty of use out of it, so it's also great that it comes with a 2 year warranty (limited) as well.

Unfortunately my transmitter ( the one that connects to the computer) has a sticky button which makes it act crazy the light flashes non stop and well this wont allow it to transmit so its unusable for me. While I understand this could be a one in very so thousand that it may happen be a chance of happening this was my experience with my set. It is unfortunate because the quality of the USB C cable to the pc on the transmitter is solid the enclosure of the transmitter is plastic but solid doesn't feel cheap so not sure where it went wrong but my button is sticky it just blinks super fast and so its not gonna work out for me. This is my review based on the product I received.

Home and I can’t afford a desktop monitor. I got this attachment so that I can use my television which is a 65 inch as a second monitor to perform my job duties. The only issue I have is that it does overheat and just having it near your skin, I will say it radiates heat, and I did burn myself so be mindful of that. The set up was easy, it was easy to monitor television. The only downsize is that it gets hot.

This is the easiest way I have ever seen to mirror your computer screen to other devices such as TVs. This particular model supports 4K resolution. Supposedly it can also mirror your phone or tablet screen, although I have not tested that yet. But I was able to use this to connect my laptop to my 4K TV in minutes. The setup was quite easy and fast. I will take this with me when I'm traveling, so I can connect my laptop to the TV in my hotel room for watching movies. It would also be perfect for business meetings and presentations.

DEspues de probar varios modelos, este calidad/precio es de lo mejor, poco tiempo de uso aun y tengo que ver como reacciona poniendo mas en la misma zona, por ahora todo bien, lo único malo que no puedas cambiar la pantalla de conexion y dar otra información y es un poco confusa la que trae, da a entender que tienes que pulsar el botón para conectar cada vez que proyectas y no es necesario, es mas, si le das y te conecta al enchufarlo lo va a desconectar. Por lo demás a falta de mas test todo perfecto.
