I recently purchased the Freude A5 6 Ring Binder and Refill Paper Set to expand my 100 envelope challenge project. While it has some limitations, considering the price point, it offers a decent value for casual use. It is affordable: At $8.99 with a potential 10% discount, it's a budget-friendly option for basic organization needs. As advertised, it can be used for various projects like travel notebooks, photo albums, and scrapbooking. Easy to use: The 6-ring mechanism allows easy addition and removal of pages. The plastic cover feels somewhat flimsy and doesn't lay flat easily. The binder relies on the elastic band to stay closed, which can be inconvenient if frequently opened. I have no issue with this. At this point the cover doesn't conform well, making it prone to unintentionally opening. For casual crafters or those on a tight budget, the Freude A5 binder offers a basic solution. However, if you prioritize sturdiness and a premium feel, you might want to consider investing in a higher-quality option. It fits perfectly my needs and I recommend it if you take in consideration what ai wrote.

I bought this to store unused Filofax branded A5 refills, which are true A5 sized and not the narrower A5 size popularly sold on Amazon. This binder perfectly fits the Filofax refills, including larger tabbed dividers. It is a stiff, protective binder that I use for storage. Some may find it too stiff for daily use. The attached band is very helpful to keep the binder closed and the contents tidy. I intend to order another.

Fits A5 6 hole paper. Flimsy but I knew what I was ordering. Just know you can’t use this to write on without something hard under it.

This is a nice little notebook. I am using it with binder pockets to store circular knitting needles. You can make this lie flat - you just need to bend the sides backwards firmly. It can take it!

This ring binder seem better suited for storing things longer term than using, to say, take notes or draw. They do seem sturdy enough though the outer cover is a very stiff plastic, and it will not lie flat. It's not a deal breaker, for me, as I just take out the paper as I need to and place it directly on my desk for drawing sketches, designs, and artwork. Note, I'm left-handed and often remove paper from any ring binders to draw on anyway. Overall, they're fine and the quality is okay, so far. I expect I will put in another order for something that will lie flat on its own and then store that art in these once I fill it up.

As advertised, a 6 ring A5 binder. I use them for archiving my Filofax diaries. I would prefer slightly stiffer plastic, but it’s not a complaint. Very satisfied customer.
