I’m an easy mark for purchasing interesting olive oil products and luckily I ended up with what became my new favorite pizza drizzle. It’s got a bit of heat but it’s perfectly balanced with a rich flavor that adds a bit of acidity to the sauce and crust on pizza. It’s a decent sized Quality bottle but I already ran through half in a week by testing it out on bread's, salads , pastas and sandwiches. so overall it’s a good value for what I paid for it. it’s got a darker almost bronze color i don’t know if it’s Appearance matters to you but that’s what It looks like. I would absolutely purchase this olive oil again.

As a longtime olive oil enthusiast, I was excited to try this one, especially given the price point—it should deliver something exceptional. But for $30 and just 355ml, I expected a much more balanced and refined flavor. Instead, the strong herbaceous and jalapeño notes completely overpowered the food, rather than enhancing it. I appreciate bold oils, but this one felt more like a flavored oil than a true, high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Not quite worth it for my taste, especially at this price.

Love adding this to the crust before going into the pizza oven or even on top of the pizza when it comes out. Great flavor. Easy to use.

This looked like a standard olive oil at first but later the jalapeno kicked in and it was very spicy. I only tried a couple of drops of this oil on a small slice of pizza and had to drink a lot of water afterwards due to the spice that kicked in.From my experience trying this I would say that this can compliment other sauces and dressings but should not be used on its own unless you love and are crazy about eating very very spicy food. Mixing this with olive oil will make a nice dipping sauce with the right amount of spice. Apart from that this can pretty much be used as a drizzle on anything to make it spice.Loved the taste but it was too spice for me.

Very interesting pizza oil. Definitely has a bit of spicy bite, but overall great texture and flavor.

This Pizza oil is incredible! I had no idea something this simple could be so delicious. I am now packing the pizza oil with me when going to get pizza! I am going to order another bottle just to keep in the car!!
