Love it.nimmnice smell, gives great edge hold, its thick for that very purpose. Perfect for natural black hair that want slicked down hair. Id buy a bigger tub. The quality of this one is good at a deserved price however.

I wouldn’t recommend if you want your hair to stay fixed for longer than a couple of hours. I mostly need it for my super stubborn baby hairs (my hair texture is around 2c-3a) but doesn’t hold the whole day or evening if I’m out. Texture, thickness and appearance is alright. Smells lovely.

This product is way overpriced for such a small amount (64g) but desperately needed some strong gel for my edges so took the chance. First and last time I'll ever buy this product! In the time it had taken me to walk to my nearest high street (15 minutes) it had sweated out! Couldn't even keep down my baby hairs for an hour. Only positives is it smells nice the gel didn't leave flaky white residue on my hair and skin. I usually like Cantu products but this 'extra hold' gel is useless.

I have been using this Edge Stay gel by Cantu, for a few weeks now, and it's amazing. It gives a really strong hold, and locks in the waves in your edges very quickly, I found that while I was still applying the gel it was already setting, so you have to be quick! I think this would be amazing for smoothing edges all around the hairline, and also for 3ç-4c hair types. I would definitely recommend it, and will be purchasing another one soon. I give 5 stars *****

If you have fine and/or straight baby hair this works great, just be careful not to put it directly on ton your roots; it will make your hair greasy. It works well for flyaways but a little goes a long way. Unlike what others said, I don’t find it super flaky. It does create buildup however.

It’s okay if you don’t like a very strong gel on your edges - I got it for my daughter but I sometimes use it. Unfortunately it’s not as great when you sweat because it runs off.
