Super soft, shiny, and smooth.
I got golden blonde even though I was afraid it'd pull more of my warm tones. I didn't want a drastic change in color. Mostly I wanted to balance the harshness of root grow out after spending so much time in the sun and pool over the summer and now barley any time outside. I feel it helped that with just the 1 use so far. I added the solo Pic to show my hair in better and different lighting than just my bathroom, which has those energy saving bulbs that were cheap. I used probably about 1/4 of the bottle, but as you can see I have long hair. I used a chelating shampoo the day before (I have hard water and use purple shampoo once every week or 2) and wanted to make sure I didnt have any build up in my hair. I used a moisturizing shampoo right before (I had read a few reviews of the dp hue gloss + saying it was drying), I squeezed the excess water out and then used a towel to squeeze a little more. I used a wet brush to get through my hair (when wet this is a chore), divided hair in 4 sections to focus on a semi even saturation. I used my hands and fingers to run the gloss through, starting at where my visible grow out line was. I didn't use gloves. My hands are not stained, but the golden blonde isn't very dark. Once I got a good saturation I used the wet brush again. Now at this time I started to have some difficulty getting through my hair again, so once I got a decent brush through finished I stopped and waited the 20 minutes. I did rinse with lukewarm water because I don't like cold showers. Once rinsed and towel dried I used my washed off wet brush again. Ok, so, It was harder than normal to get the brush through my wet hair. At this time I did use some biosilk silk therapy leave in. The tiniest amount because I wanted to see the effects of the gloss, but I had to brush through the hair. I tried to be patient and let air dry, but after a while I used the blow dryer. My hair feels like baby hair. It is so effing soft, smooth, and shiney. Now that it's dry I have no issues getting a brush through it. I...just got the gloss today and had to review. I spent about a month researching different products, reading reviews, watching videos, deciding on color etc. I am hoping the next few uses are also a success. I will update with how my hair looks after another use or 2. I may get bold and try the dark blonde even though amazon warns me it's a frequently returned item. It'll wash out if for some reason I hate it. Which is another reason I decided to give this product a try. The idea of a permanent dye scares the crap out of me. I'd love to be bold enough to try the cool medium brown. Maybe one day. I hope this helps some of you out and that you have a good experience with whatever product you decide to try. I've already sent pics to some friends and will be telling people at work about dp hue gloss +. Will buy again and even try their other products.

dpHUE Gloss+, Golden Blonde - Conditioning Semi-Permanent Hair Gloss
It worked as expected and so far it has lasted for 3 washes, so I'm optimistic it will last as long as it says (up to 8 washes). The hair feels smooth and silky, by following the steps to apply it properly, it worked with no issues. I like this as a quick way to add a different shade of color temporarily, but I will say that it is on the expensive side, which is why I knocked off one star due to the value. It does not offer a significant amount of product for the price, but it works!

Disappointed— dulled my natural color
Disappointed—dulled my natural color instead of enhancing it.I really wanted to love this gloss, but it just didn’t work for my hair. I used the dpHUE Gloss+ in Golden Blonde exactly as directed, hoping for a boost in shine and tone. Instead, it muted my natural highlights and left my hair looking darker and flatter—almost like it had a grayish cast in certain lighting. In the before photo (clean hair with just shampoo and conditioner), you can see my natural golden tones and how the light catches the color nicely. After using the gloss (see after photo), it just looks dull and heavy—not glossy at all. My hair also lost a lot of its natural volume and bounce. I regret using it.To be fair, it probably didn’t damage my hair or dry it out, but it didn’t enhance anything either. If your hair already has natural dimension and shine, this might not be the right product. I’ll be sticking with regular shampoo and conditioner from now on.

LOVE IT GOLD-GOLDEN BLONDE REVIEW
Used the GOLDEN BLONDE color. I had a red undertone already and my roots were growing out on some barely bleached semi red hair. Added this because the bleached tips were looking dull and I wanted to add more gold without the red or orange tint (I was already red). I LOVE IT. I noticed there were not many pictures for this so I wanted people to see what it looked like. It’s soooooo golden and beautiful. I love this gloss. My hair is SHIMMERING.
