Takes work
Comfortable...a little difficult to put together but the instructions are VERY clear.So far so good

Doesn't hold up
Had this chair about 5 months now and I hate it. It was comfortable for about 3 months, but now it feels like there's no padding on the bottom, and it wobbles from side to side.

Seems ok so far
Ok so I think they hired Gimli for the publicity photo, but its honestly not a bad sized chair. I'm a 6ft 170lb guy and while I may not be able to sleep in the chair, I can certainly work in it without problems. Assembly was mostly ok with two small exceptions, (i) someone thought to save money by putting all the parts inside the chair, not a bad idea except this is under the taught leather-plastic layer that is tightly fitted and so the zippers were both completely jammed and needed a shoelace tied to them to pull them free, and (ii) the key armrest screws don't seem to go into anything substantial, so its easy to over-tighten them and they don't ever really seem to fully seat themselves. But these are minor details and the assembly took maybe 30 mins tops.

All the parts to put your chair together are zipped up INSIDE the back of the chair! Clever
When we opened the shipping box, there were only 3 parts of the chair inside.? While communicating with the customer service I discovered that the remaining parts for assembly were inside the back of the chair. Very nice quality, I am pleased with my purchase and love my new office chair!

Great Chair
Assembly took just a few minutes and it is comfortable for plus size

Only received half a chair.
Box arrived with only the chair cushion, the back rest, and a cylinder in a box. Received no base, wheels, armrests, hardware or anything else. Trying writing on the website but received no response. Will update this review when I find out how much more of a hassle this is going to be.

It's a good solid chair but the assembly is pretty awful. Once it's done it's great.
