The media could not be loaded. I purchased this for my food truck and it was the perfect size and easy to use and connect. the application that you download was simple to understand and was able to figure out how to type sentences in the program right away I would definitely recommend this to anyone that has a business or even personal use it's great the colors are really bright and colorful.

I’ve owned several of these signs in the past; each one cost a small fortune, required a technician to setup, and required a serial cable and laptop to change. I’m amazed at how much the technology has changed and the price has lowered to make these affordable to small businesses.Pros:- Brightness: Actually visible in a storefront window during midday hours. While it cant project well through direct bright sunlight. It’s still bright and readable if properly places to avoid direct sunlight. Previous models were almost invisible during daylight hours.- Ease of installation and performance: Not plug and play, but close. As mentioned, our older signs required a technician to install, and changing messages required a laptop and serial cables; it took hours for a simple message change, so we avoided using it except for status messages that rarely change. This unit can be loaded via wireless or usb in minutes, so any employee can easily change messages for daily specials with minimal training.Cons:- Not IP waterproof rated: While the listing describes its ability to withstand water, it does not carry am “IP” rating for waterproofing which may limit placing it is some outdoor locations. However, the quality is good, and it’s sealed well enough for exterior placement under an overhang if an exterior rated electrical outlet is utilized.- Loading via wireless requires an app, and while they greatly adds to convenience it could possibly cause security concerns. This can be easily mitigated by not granting the app full cell phone permissions or using an older cell phone or laptop to load. The alternative of the USB method eliminates any security concern, but takes slightly longer to load.Overall I recommend this product for small businesses that need an affordable and bright sign for display windows, point of sale specials, or to direct customers in store. It’s a good quality item, simple to change messages, can be employee operated, but take care that exterior installations remain in a safe, NEC compliant, and semi protected area from direct sunlight and rain.

the colors on this LED sign are very bright and vibrant. I like that I can program this to say any message I want. I like to use this for the kids message board letting them know what to expect for the day. It is easy to mount and I like that I can just plug it in.

It supports mobile app and Windows PC with the included pendrive. The pendrive also have a copy of the manual in PDF format.You will use the fonts available in the app but also can use mobile system fonts. The refresh rate is smooth and you can control the speed.Don't have a lot of animations but a marquee mode will be the best fit for most of uses. It have a USB-A port with a rubber protection but does not look waterproof, so take care with this USB port.It can't display a clock despite it have a internal clock available. The wifi connection is better than bluetooth for improved range and speed transfer of the animation files, but it can't connect to the internet for remote updates.You can change the SSID and the password if needed.A lot of different animations and messages could be uploaded, but look for good fonts, not all fonts will look great as the images are rendered in your device before the upload. This display does not have internal fonts.Overall good product and I recommend. I only dislike the chinese message that shows when you soft turn off the display - that I don't know what it says.
