I’m starting to reep the benefits of these pills now! I get full quicker and not wanting to eat in between meals! Energy levels are the up too even though I still get tired as I work a lot they help me get stuff done! I was going to wait to finish the bottle then write a review but definitely noticing the benefits now an told friends about it too! Found you by accident really when looking at more expensive products that claim to do the same job but your reviews were much better and I can see why!

I come across them on Amazon when I was looking for tablets to help with water weight, i read your product and the reviews and thought why not! Since I’ve been taking them I’ve had multiple people say how amazing and slim I look! They have massively helped and improved my appetite in the sense where i snack so much less and eat more frequent meals, and have also reduced my appetite. My energy levels have improved significantly and I have a steady energy throughout the day. I take 2 tablets a day with my other vitamins and supplements. I love that they are natural and I trust all the ingredients in them. Honestly one of my favourite products I’ve bought and I’m so pleased with the results.

I have been using these honestly on and off, what I have noticed when I take them is that I have more energy to do things around the house I’ve even started very low impact exercises & I have lost a few inches round my waist and stomach, well worth it !

I’ve been taking slim smart for 2 weeks now and already feel the benefits from it for helping me loose weight. It’s suppressed my hunger effectively enough that I’m not without. It has no effect on the medication I take daily and easy to swallow with water, (little tip; drink with a pint of water as instructed as you can feel the cayenne pepper on your throat if not)There are no negative side effects that I have found yet and will happily continue taking this to help my weight loss journey.

I am very happy with my purchase. I take the supplement in a morning after my workout and with breakfast; I have had more energy after my workout - I usually get a bit tired in the day after a 5am gym start. It has curbed my appetite, I feel less need to snack in between meals - it’s especially helped with those mid-morning sugar cravings - which is a massive thing as I work from home so am not usually very active after my gym session. I haven’t weighed myself since taking the supplement as I have been adding different strength and weight training to my workout, however, with a mixture of taking the supplements and the additional gym workouts I am starting to see a difference in my body shape. It’s not going to work on its own, you do need to give it a helping hand by eating healthier with it. I have been taking 1 supplement per day rather than increasing the dosage (just for personal costs reasons), however, since taking the supplement I have noticed that my stomach feels and looks a lot less bloated which is great.

I wanted to give these a few weeks before I reviewed. Definitely stopped me binge eating , still feel hunger but I don’t over eat. Only thing really is they do make me feel a little nauseous, hasn’t been to bad but feel very sick today, not sure if it’s these tablets or not. Will give it a few days to see if it subsides. But on a whole they do what they say. Refuses cravings and feel fuller for longer.
