If you solder properly, works fine on Raspberry pi zero and 5
Initially had the same issue as another user with the "hissing" noise, sorta like a horrible static.The problem was the soldering on the header of my raspberry pi. Once I put a better technique leading to proper cone shape solder everywhere, the sound came out perfect.

Bought a pack of three - tried all three, none work.All you'll get is a hissing like a wind up toy. AVOID

deze zijn geweldig
dit is geweldig , werken perfekt en ze zijn al gesoldeerd . op de foto staan ze onesoldeerdmaar ze werden mooi gesoldeerd en goed verpakt geleverd . niet dat het solderen zoveel werk zouzijn maar is toch gemakkelijker , geen soldeerstation klaar zetten enzo . bedankt
