This laminated one-pager was crumpled and dirty upon arrival. Lamination is very thin and lets the page bend and flop easily. Not worth the price tag.

The media could not be loaded. The guide is great! It’s a visual guide to emotions. And helps you to identify your emotions and steps are given. It came laminated but it was all scratched up. But it did come with a bonus compass guide that you can download and that was 13 pages! It appears that they have other products such as cards that may be purchased separately. Thanks!!

Emotional intelligence isn't something that's really taught to people. I got this because I couldn't always differentiate between my different emotions and it's helped a ton in my personal relationships.

I'm excited about this Circumplex of Emotions. It has heavy-duty lamination which seems like it will stand up to years of client use. As a therapist who is always working with clients to better name and understand their feeling, it is a good visual tool to add to my box of tricks for helping clients. It presents emotions on dimensions of Valence (Pleasant/Unpleasant) and Arousal (Activated/Deactivated) to recognize and name emotions experienced by oneself and by others. Definitions are given for each of these factors. The “hows” and “whys” of working with emotions are also described in simple terms. There is also a roadmap of step-by-step how to use the circumplex of emotions chart for six different uses related to emotions. It also has a QR code to additional free resources that are part of the large coaching program of which this is a part. It is a good value and a wonderful resource for any professional looking for more ways of helping clients with their emotions. I highly recommend this based on its quality and content.
