It's Not what was expected. But Good.
The media could not be loaded. Performance wise average.Quality wise average.Feature wise poor.No type C hub display support only HDMI to use. But type C can be still used as Hub for hub monitor but can't present the display over type C.Processor fans make ugly and loud noise while doing video editing.CPU utilisation 100%Good Intel i7 with 10 core and 16 threds processor.Max processor speed 3.54 GHzGraphic processor 21% utilisation while editing videos.Dell also has a better laptop in this price.

If you can get past the speakers and battery life , this is a steal.I use my laptop usually at stationary places so charing it while use is not an issue.Pushing for the i7 13th gen 3050 was a great decision. Offers great performance/fps in both cpu and gpu extensive games, as well as daily work and media play.Built quality and number of ports is top notch. I chose this over the victus / loq and tuf, and im honestly happy i did.

Graphics card does not work, confirmed by ACER, till date refund not done
Purchased on 17-Oct, inbuilt Nvidia Graphics card claimed was not working.Filed complaint.Multiple follow-ups over two weeks with Amazon and Acer Call Center. (highly frustrating)finally Acer technician came and confirmed yes the card is faulty.A new cycle of getting Amazon to do a return and follow-up for refunds started (30-Oct).till date refund is not processed and stuck in follow-ups.I went to Acer Store to check, the salesperson mentioned that they have got the same complaint from multiple sales through Amazon. Probably the stock is faulty.Amazon needs to handle this better since in such big purchases their process is extremely problematic. Best to buy from reputed vendors - HP or Dell.First review in ages due to a frustrating experience.
