Broken by Daylight (Beasts of the Briar Book 4)

This series never disappoints, it just keeps getting better and better with each book!I've stuck with this series since the beginning and no series has made me actually wait anxiously for the next book release.This is probably the most action packed one out of all of them so far! So much happens, but none of it feels too much. Instead it feels like all the pieces are falling into place. So many plot twist and shocking reveals as well.Not only is it full of action, it's an absolute emotional roller coaster. Laughing one second, swooning the next, and then the ugly crying.We also finally get to see more of the sisters with their colorful personalities along the summer realm in this one.So many characters were also so well fleshed out, giving them so much depth, making them even more interesting and easier to emphasize with.Old and new characters also show new sides of themselves.Also, you should note, there's some steamy steamy scenes ahead!Overall, once again, another amazing book from the Beast of the Briar series that I would absolutely recommend, can't wait to read the next one!

So so so good and so so so painful.Broken by Daylight was a whirlwind. A war is raging and things are starting to slot into place. Secrets are revealed and long hidden information comes to light.The plot was incredible. It really has you feeling all kinds of emotion, from happiness, to sadness, to excitement and anxiety. There was never a dull moment in this book. Every single chapter will grab you and keep you locked in.Of course all of the beloved characters are still incredible. I still desperately want someone to give Cas a hug. The newly introduced characters were equally as great, and I loved getting to see more of the princesses. I loved how all of the different relationships formed and evolved in this book, they constantly had me smiling.Some questionable choices were made here and there - which deserve a big ole bop on the head - but I wouldn’t have it any other way.I’m so excited for the next book. The ending has me already vibrating with excitement and anxiety.

4/5 ⭐️This book has been such a dramatic jump from the other 3 in an amazing way. There is so much character progression, background, and so many subplots I found myself excited to read the rest.The first three books were pretty shallow with lots of smut but this book felt like it leaned a bit more fantasy than the others which is a change I loved.I had two gripes about this book. First, there wasn’t the Caspian banter we were used to. He brought such comedic relief and tensions and it just wasn’t present in this one. Second, the love declarations between the mates was super cringey and dramatic. While I get we went more fantasy, I would still like them to speak in a way that doesn’t illicit “ma’lady” vibes.

This book and the series are fantastic! I didn't think I could love certain characters even more than I already did, but it happened! The story was packed full of adventure and I love the world building. It keeps getting bigger & bigger which helps paint the picture of the realms. It is so satisfying! I find myself wanting more on the Summer realm already! There are several reveals as well which answered so many questions that I had. However I now have new questions. It was also an emotional rollercoaster. Please be prepared when reading this book. I personally have favorite characters and I know Elizabeth & Helen will take care of me as reader, but there were some tough yet exciting moments. That again leaves you wanting more. I felt this book was fast paced and I couldn't put it down! It does end on a cliffhanger, and I am so excited for the next book.To sum it up, this was an amazing book to continue a wonderful series!

What magic did I just read?? 644 pages sped by in the blink of an eye. How long until book 5 is released? The utter joy and agony in this book was breathtaking! You can not help but to connect to these characters and root for them. From the highest highs to the lowest lows. Absolutely masterful storytelling from these sisters. Can what Farron has done be undone? Can he be saved from the dark clutches? Will Dayton forgive him? Will Rosalina? Is there hope for Wrenley and Caspian? Will Rosalina take her place and rule with the princes? I just finished and am in shock. I need answers now!!! This series is truly amazing and well worth your time investment.

Book 4 of this wild ride through the briars of this realm. Thanks so much for an ARC copy of this novel, I have been itching to get my hands on this story since the last one! I think this book had more separate storylines happening at one time compared to the prior books. Everyone had to go on their own journeys/tasks to help with the overall goal. Which because of the twists and turns what that overall goal is seems to keep changing. I do find it super interesting to watch how not only is there a romance forward plot but also each individual character is dealing with their own insecurities and growth needed to be come the best versions of themself. Dayton’s arc was fantastic to watch unfold. However farron’s storyline is making me start to question what else he needs to work through for him to be making these decisions. Caspian still stands true as my favorite prince to read about, his story is ever evolving and provides such depth and intrigue to the world. The overarching theme of “love” and what that looks like and what people do or don’t do for it is so fun to watch unfold. This ending has me eager for the next book!

I loved book 4. The plot twist had me screaming though. I love Dayton. That’s all I can say. farron is so sweet and I’m not sure what will come of his newly found… bravado. The villain in this book sira. Sure is one of my top 10 hated villains. A 4-5 because I hated what happened. (I say that so I don’t give any spoilers)

I went through every possible emotion, sometimes all in the same chapter.The prince duo chemistry? It's off the charts! I am now officially shipping them SO HARD! Every scene between them had me holding my breath, and by the end, I was just like, "Give me more of this amazing duo, NOW!"The authors have crafted such a perfect balance of humor and heart that I found myself laughing out loud, only to tear up a few pages later. And don’t even get me started on the epic twists. They know exactly how to tug at my heartstrings and leave me in awe.As I did with the last three books, I’ll be pre-ordering the next one as soon as it’s announced because there is *no way* I’m waiting any longer than necessary. My heart is exploding. I’m swooning!In this book, we find ourselves in the Summer realm, and it is simply magical. Elizabeth Helen has built such an incredible world, and I was immersed the entire time. The imagery, and the way it’s written, makes you feel like you’re right there with the characters and I never wanted it to end.The characters keep evolving, and will make you question everything. It was just epic, and so multi-layered. I went through every emotion from feeling from extreme love to heartbreaking sadness.I’m absolutely hooked, and enthralled by this series. It will break you, put you back together, only to break you again.I can’t thank Elizabeth Helen enough for writing this. I'll be thinking about it long after I put down the book, and will go down as one of my favourites. Ever. I don’t even know what to do with my life now that I’ve finished it.

This is my favorite books series of all time because it has it all, romance, fantasy, humor and why choose!I laughed, cried and swooned. I love Rosie and her princes but Day and Kel have a special place in my heart.I would give it 10 stars if I could.

This book is SO not getting the attention it deserves.What started for me as a silly romance fantasy novel has become so much more. The Way the world and the characters are developing is incerdibly well written and the storis are just so addicting. Seriously could not put it down. I don't know what I'll do with myself until the 5th book is released. Keep it up, girls.
