Stargazer UV Semi Permanent Hair Colour (UV Red)

We were really hoping for red hair dye that really popped under UV light for a special event. The dye itself was orange so we were a little sceptical, but tried it anyway as it was too late to get anything else in time. The result washed out yellow. Where my partner had faint traces of red in his hair, he came out yellow and orange. I had faint traces of both red and blue... So came out orange and green. It didn't even fluoresce under UV. Previous attempts to dye over our faded colours with other brands had no issues with coverage, but this time we wanted the UV and tried this brand. Never Again!

The bottle is very small. You will need about 3 to do a full head of hair. I ordered the UV red. It was more of a tangerine colour than red. However, I mixed it with some darker red semi permanent dye and it gave a lovely vivid shine in outdoor light.

Unsure on longevity as of yet. This colour is not red though, it is orange.

Says UV RED colour swatch is red but its bright orange!!! So annoyed

I got the uv red.... Its orange... The picture of the hair colour isn't what you get. First time using the this brand and was very unimpressed.. I used this on bleach blonde hair ... The green I used was so good.
