Ease of breakage!
I received this as a gift for Christmas 2025. It replaced my old iced tea pot I have for a few years. I was impressed with style, design, and ease of use. HOWEVER It is now Feb 11,2026 and I only had this in use maybe 5 times and the glass pitcher cracked all the way from top to bottom. I get the fact hot water in glass over time but not in less than 2 months. I am very familiar how to use this and always filled with ice to the line. I do not machine wash this either. I expect this to last longer and frankly do not want to order a new pitcher for 35.00! Should offer a replacement in cases under 2 months of use.

Good buy.
The ice tea maker is a great buy. It is a little pricy, but worth it to have a glass carafe. The lid does stay on snug, but doesn’t seal. It is quick and makes tea in less than 10 minutes. Easy clean up. It does stain the filter after the first use, but I don’t think that’s a problem. The machine feels a little weak, but if handled with care I think it’ll last a good amount of time.

WONDERFUL ICE TEA OR COFFEE MAKER
This is a GREAT ICED TEA MAKER. I really like that the pitcher is a sturdy glass. It washes easily and I think the iced tea tastes better out of a glass pitcher vs plastic. It brews the tea very quickly and is a good size to store. I highly recommend this product!
