The fact that it also comes with a mop feature makes cleaning even easier. The vacuum itself is sturdy, sleek, and such a great value for the price I don’t even mind leaving it out in my home.One of my favorite features is how well it maps the house, plus the app is super simple to use and gives you full control. It’s perfect for anyone who’s always on the go but still wants to keep their home neat and tidy. It also does an excellent job handling dog hair and dust.Overall, this vacuum is SIMPLY AMAZING. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, stylish, and efficient robot vacuum

Works amazing as advertised. I have a low pile carpet with three dogs in the middle of shedding season. One of my dogs is a husky mix. Ive had this vacuum my house every single day for the first month I've had it. My house has never been cleaner. App is very simple to use and works incredible. The mopping function on this particular robot works well but don't expect a very deep clean. It takes off the surface grime which is nice. I didn't get this robot for my little bit of tile floor though. It does exactly what I wanted to do which is suck up dog hair. Great product and would definitely recommend.

It does a pretty good job of vacuuming. The mop function worked like once. I’ve tried a few times since and I haven’t been able to get it to work again.We got this to replace a different brand vacuum. One drawback is that it’s bigger and doesn’t fit under things that the other vacuum could. So tends to get stuck a lot

I’m extremely happy with this vacuum. I previously had another one from Hoover and this Dream is so much better! The app is convenient and easy to use, it has different settings and cleaning options and the suction power is amazing! The vacuum works great on tile, hardwood floors and carpet. The mapping feature is very accurate, allowing the vacuum to easily and automatically clean every area of your home or selected areas. And I love the fact that it empties on its own! The mopping mode is also much better than on other robots and gets the job done. This little robot had mad my life so much easier and is a great value for the price!

I’ve only used this robot vacuum twice and it is completely useless. It does not work at all — the suction is the worst I’ve ever seen, and instead of picking up pet hair, it just drags it around the house. For the price tag, I expected so much more, but it performs worse than cheap vacuums I’ve owned in the past.To make matters worse, Amazon is now telling me I may only receive a partial or even zero refund. That is absolutely unacceptable. I feel like I just threw $300 down the drain on a product that does not deliver in any way.Save yourself the frustration and do not waste your money on this vacuum.

I got this to replace a vacuum That was about three years old and was no longer doing a good job. This vacuum is the quietest I’ve ever had. It does a good job at thoroughly cleaning and the app is very easy to use to map out your zones, including areas to avoid. I also like that the device itself is white and it doesn’t seem to bang or scuff my floorboards.I’ve heard some people complain about getting combo vacuum mops that they don’t do as good of a job, but I feel this vacuum does an excellent job. We have a dog and two cats, and it seems to be keeping up with their hair as well as any crumbs that get dropped on the floor and things to get tracked in.The mop is good for keeping things tidy, but I wouldn’t say it’s any sort of a replacement for a real mopping job. It’s easy to use and will clean a good amount of my floor. I don’t love how the pad goes on because the edge is sometimes flip a little bit but again I got it primarily for the vacuum and the mop is just a nice little added convenience that I use occasionally. I do find it does a better job if I thoroughly wet the pad before putting it on It does give me peace of mind that the surface start is getting picked up between our weekly cleanings.

I have been using this robot vacuum for about 2 months and really love it. It can clean hair and dust on floor and carpets efficiently and make the environment much better for my baby. Machine is pretty quiet in operation and sturdy enough for mixed flooring. The AI mapping is impressive, and it can navigate table/chair legs with ease. The battery lasts long enough to cover 2000 sq feet at a time. The 4L dust bag provides a long-term cleaning convenience and save my time. I feel it’s easy to setup and use right out of the box. The remote app is easy to use and you can watch - in real time - where the robot is. When finishes, unit returns to dock and self-empties into storage container. Have recommended this robot vacuum to my friends.

First the good. Simple to setup and does a pretty decent job vacuuming. Especially for including an auto-empty base, it's a great value!Now the bad. It isn't great if you have a large area to clean. The auto-empty feature does not automatically trigger when the vac gets full. It only empties at the end of a job, even if the onboard bin gets so full it becomes ineffective. Even if it returns to the base mid-job to recharge, it does not empty. Recharging is my 2nd complaint. It recharges VERY slowly, about 4 hours. That means if your area is big enough that it will need to recharge a few times, it will take most of the day to run the job, just because of the lengthy breaks to recharge.I also would not recommend using it as a mop. The mop is basically just a sponge snapped onto the bottom to check a box on the feature list. The implementation is so limited that I can't see it adding value for anyone.
