Great Robot Vacuum for Overnight Bedroom Cleaning
I’m very happy with this robot vacuum and mop combo. I mainly use it in my bedroom at night, and it has exceeded my expectations. While I’m sleeping, it quietly cleans the floor, and I wake up to a room that feels fresh and spotless. The suction power is impressive, picking up dust, hair, and everyday debris with ease. I also like that it mops at the same time, leaving the floor looking even cleaner without any extra effort from me. The smart navigation works very well, avoiding obstacles and moving efficiently around the room without getting stuck. The anti-tangle technology is especially helpful with hair, and the automatic emptying dock makes maintenance incredibly convenient. Overall, this has been a great addition to my home, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful, reliable, and easy-to-use robot vacuum.

Best Value Vacuum & Mop Combo ... I'm Impressed
I purchased this DREAME D20 Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop approximately 3 weeks ago and I could not be more pleased with it. This replaced a previous robot vacuum I had which died in less than a year. In receiving it, it comes packaged very well and was easy in terms of the setup (be sure to follow the instructions; however). The app for this unit was easy to download and instructions were clear. WiFi connection was easy, just be sure to have your WiFi connection password ready as you set up the connection. After getting WiFi connected, the app is very basic and easy to follow. Once I activated the robot, it mapped easily and was very accurate without any effort from me. I must say that this robot is much quieter than my last one. It also doesn't "beat up" my furniture like the last one. The only drawback I found is that it's not bagless. I did not knock off a star for that; however, as the company clearly makes it known that a dust bag is required for use. I'm not concerned as I'm single with no pets so it will likely take a long time to fill it. All in all, I'm pleased with it and got it at its lowest price during the last Amazon Prime Day so keep that in mind should you wish to purchase one down the road. 5-Stars from me ... well done DREAME!

Excellent Robot Vacuum with Amazing Suction
I’m very impressed with the DREAME D20 Air Plus! The suction power is incredible and easily picks up dust, pet hair, and crumbs from both hard floors and carpets. The mopping function leaves my floors looking fresh, and the smart navigation helps it clean every corner efficiently without bumping into furniture. The auto-empty dock is a huge time saver, and the anti-tangling technology works great, especially if you have long hair or pets. It’s quiet, easy to set up, and the app makes scheduling cleanings super convenient. Overall, this robot vacuum has made keeping my home clean so much easier. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and reliable robot vacuum and mop!

Great Vacuum for little kids and wood floors
This is great! I have hardwood floors and 4 young kids, was vacuuming and sweeping all day long, this has saved me so much time and does a pretty good job for a robo vacuum. We have a fireplace that has a brick lip and the vacuum can easily go over it and vacuum that part. The mopping feature is okay, doesn’t get the floor very wet which we live on a farm but does help a little bit, battery is great, it’s pretty smart, I haven’t seen it get stuck at all and will maneuver its way around chairs to sweep up, I love mine a lot!

Great Robot for the house.
I have a 1800 sqft hose and with 3 rooms. All the rooms are carpeted and the living room, hallway and the kitchen area are tiled. This vacuum robot works very well with my house and correctly mapped all the rooms and the hallways. It correctly avoids any obstacles and covers all the areas of the house. when it goes to the rooms with the carpets, it automatically increases the vacuum suction speed to suck the dust off the carpets and reduces when it comes back to the tile floor. to clean all of my house it had to recharge once since that is a lot of area to cover in a single go. however I mostly use this to clean my tile floor daily and its able to do it in a single charge with 40% battery left. After the cleaning it shows the map and the route it took to clean, and it self empties the dust to the docking station dust bag. The android mobile app is very easy to use and you can set it up to clean at a given time every day. So far so good after using it for one month. Really happy with this product and the value.

Its a really powerful vac
Let me preface this review by letting you know I've owned a Bobsweep, eufy and Shark robo vacuums. I'm a diehard Shark fan for their upright liftaway vacs but wasn't very impressed with their robovac. The only thing it has over any of them is they offer bagless self cleaning. I decided to try the Dreame D20 because it had decent reviews and a large storage bin for self cleaning. It arrived earlier than expected and wasn't hard at all to set up with internet (unlike my previous vacs that struggled). The app though seems outdated in terms of being user friendly. Its not very intuitive or self-explaining. You kind of have to dig and play around to find things. Once it was all connected to internet I charged it. Or at least attempted to because at first it couldnt find the base, then it was getting hung up on it and not able to dock and sit properly to charge. I ended up calling customer service. They answered quickly but know its offshore so language can be a challenge as well as connection. Thankfully the rep was good and able to guide me for what I needed; however, while on with the CSR the vacuum finally found the base (YIKES, that took forever!) But it was getting stuck on the base extension. I ended up just removing the extension and it parks fine now. I scheduled it (another thing thats not obvious on the app) and once I located that section of the app scheduling was easy. Its ran everyday this week at 9am. There is a great feature for cleaning that you can choose, similar to other robovacs which is choice of suction power. But the Dreame takes it further and offers options for multiple sweeps in areas. I chose maximum suction power and just 1 sweep. Another cool feature is during mapping (which does take a long time but it seems to really want to ensure accuracy which is fine to me!), is its distinction between rugs and hard floors. It shows up differently on the map. As it maps you are also shown a live look at the vacuum and it was very accurate given its placement in the house to that on the map. You can then organize the rooms in the order in which you want them done. These are features I've not seen on other apps, so thats actually a kudos I need to give Dreame...maybe the app isnt as horrible as I originally thought now that I'm getting used to it!! I should note that I use these vacuums to keep up on the day to day vacuuming that having two cats and two dogs (a pitty mix and a long coat GSD) requires. Ee have several Ruggables which are very low pile and a 8 x 10 area rug with is a medium pile. The rest of the area are hardwood floors and tile. So these robovacs are God-sends. I do my deep cleaning with my lift away Apex vacuum on the weekend. In the past this still resulted in a pack-filled dirt basin at the end of the cleaning. Today however, the bin was barely half filled...I was SHOCKED. And it can only be explained by this new Dreame D20 vacuum. Its suction must actually be as powerful as they claim. And I'm here for it! Another feature I wasn't even aware of until I receieved is that this little vacuum has TWO rollers (not including the side sweeping brush). All my other robovacs only had 1 roller and this has wider rubber fins than the others. It has to beat the rugs better as a result. I am not keen on using the mop feature so I haven't even looked into this yet. It seems that most self cleaning robovacs are now becoming vac-mop duos. So it left me with few options and since the sale price of this, along with the reviews, combined to make this the best deal, I decided to get it anyway and may never use the mop. If I do I will try to update. As a result of the mop-vac combo though this base is large. Its taller and wider than my Shark and as a result I had to place it in a location that is in view of traffic which Im not a fan of but it will do. The one feature I do not like is the bags. This is an ongoing cost and increased waste to the environment that a bagless vac doesnt have. That being said, the bags it comes with a very well made and look as if they will hold a lot...thats yet to be determined! It does come with two, one already installed and one with its extra parts. Now I just need to remember to order them ahead of time. In the end I really do recommend this vacuum. Especially if you have furbabies you're trying to keep up with!

Difficult to connect to Wifi, works GREAT after
Don't recognize the brand? Well, neither did I. Who's ever heard of "Dreametech"? I was out shopping for a RoboRock to replace my horribly performing low-end non-mapping Roomba, as this was what a friend recommended as being much better value for the money and a good performer. Well, turns out that Dreametech is actually another line from the same maker as RoboRock, and both are products of the excellent Xiaomi, makers of a variety of quality phones, tablets, and other consumer devices. This became apparent when I installed the "Mi Home" app to manage the Dreametech vacuum. This vacuum is an unbeatable bargain for what you get. I was looking to pay a bit over $200 for the most basic mapping vacuum I could get. Mapping was important because I've learned from experience just how inefficient the non-mapping can be. It bumps around using random selection from a set of algorithms -- go straight, turn a circle, do a weave, etc. and it ends up hitting parts of your floor over and over and over while other parts never manage to luck into any of the algorithms finding those sections. That Roomba would spend the entire 1.5 to 2 hours of its battery life bumping around, getting stuck in one room for a good long time, getting stuck under some piece of furniture where I forgot to wedge some kind of barrier, and then eventually running out of battery in the middle of a room because it doesn't know where the dock is and it has to bump around until its line-of-sight sensor happens to see the dock, assuming it can luck into that before the battery finally dies. Now the Dreametech: Not only did I get a full MAPPING unit, but BONUS, this one also has a LIDAR which as far as I can tell is usually found only on the much more expensive models -- not even on the more expensive non-LIDAR IR sensor-based mapping models of other brands. I paid around $160 for this one on Amazon Prime Day, but I see that at least at the moment the apparent going price is $200, with a list price of $300 -- I have no idea if the $200 is some kind of sale or just Amazon's typical "better than list". Anyway, even at $200 this is a really good deal. The one issue I had was getting it connected. I had problems with the app wanting to work at first on my phone (a Google Pixel 7 Pro) but got further with it on my Lenovo Duet chromebook (which runs Android apps), and even further installing it on an old retired Samsung phone that I charged and factory reset first. At this point, I was able to at least get to the part where you're getting it to connect to your WiFi. I struggled with this, as it would just get stuck at some point and never finish the connection. I'm using a Synology RT6600AX router which uses a single SSID for both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, and this vacuum says it does not support 5 GHz but does work only with 2.4. I thought maybe it was trying to get the 5 GHz since I can't specify one or the other (router is supposed to autonegotiate as needed) so I created another SSID just for 2.4 GHz and started trying on that. It didn't seem to make a difference, but I stuck with that just in case. Eventually after enough trying one small change after another, rebooting the phone over and over, rebooting the vacuum and resetting over and over, turning off every security feature on the router, etc., SOMETHING ended up working. It isn't clear WHAT exactly made the difference. I had even tried bypassing the router entirely and even my ISP by setting the Pixel 7 Pro up as a hotspot going right to its own 5G cellular network. So literally everything in the chain was tried on multiple devices with multiple settings and in the end something worked but who knows what. It did end up having a connection to the 2.4 GHz only SSID on the router with security turned back on (at least after the fact), and that's how it is now. So once that was connected, everything was good. I was really to the point of being ready to contact tech support. The first run does vacuum your house, but more importantly, this is when it's learning where everything is. I did put barriers this time where it wasn't safe to go (under the couch, into a bundle of cables, etc) and let it find all of the walls, furniture, rooms, etc. Once it's discovered all of this, you can edit the map and tell it which parts are off limits for vacuuming, and which are off limits just for mopping. That's a little awkward to edit, but it works, and no need to ever buy those expensive "no vacuum" boundary markers or special tape or whatever. I marked my couch, the cables, the entrances to the rooms I don't want it in, and cat bowl areas where it might bump and make a mess. It dutifully goes right up to the edge of these no-go zones and skirts around. The whole routing is WAY more efficient than I'd seen with the Roomba. It goes room to room, circles the entire valid area for that room first, then starts a back-and-forth systematic series of rows to get the job done quickly. The suction is terrific even not bumping it to the stronger level (which also consumes more battery and is louder). I've left it on medium and I'm very happy. This vacuum does my whole relatively small house in like 35-40 minutes, leaves a really clean floor with no missed spots, and then goes right back to the dock. Contrast with 90-120 minutes, leaving a lot of debris even where it went, and maximal debris where it didn't even go, and dying in the middle of a room. This vacuum is also much quieter than the Roomba was. I can't hear it if it isn't right near me. Further, the dirt chamber is fairly large next to the old low-end Roomba, and much easier to pop out and empty. It isn't, however, large enough that I could let it do more than one session without emptying before the next. I can't schedule it for routine runs for that reason alone, as it still seems to fill up rather snugly from one run, thanks to having 3 cats who leave hair, tracked litter, and thousands of tiny pieces of the cardboard scratching pads all over the place. As if that weren't enough of a reason I can't just schedule for runs, there are tons of cat toys and various cardboard boxes left on the floor for cats to play in which need to be picked up before a vacuum run. Your mileage will vary on that. A friend does fine with scheduling because less debris and no unpredictable toys and such. Mopping: I've used this just once. It was easy enough. Fill this clip-on module with water, stick on a velcro mopping pad, and start it vacuuming. It detects the add-on and knows it's in mopping mode. Those places you don't want a mop to go are avoided. For me, that was entrance mats, chair mats, etc. I don't have carpet so most of the floor was good for mopping. You are instructed not to add any cleaning chemicals to the water, so it's basically just plain water being applied over your floor with a relatively thin textured fabric pad. That isn't going to suffice for real mopping, but if you do that now and then, it'll help get up some of the grime that comes along between real mopping sessions. Don't see this as a replacement for actual mopping, just a supplement, maybe a way to not mop quite as often. In all, even with the serious pain in getting it to connect to WiFi, I'd buy this same unit again and recommend it to others who might happen to have an easier time or at least has patience to work through getting connected, maybe with tech support's help. If you can get past that, the unit itself performs extremely well and is unbeatable on price for what you're getting.

Öncelikle ürün Almanya dan belirtilen tarihler arasında elime ulaştı (16 gün). Çok şükür arızası veya sıkıntısı çıkmadı. Ürün bekledigimden cok daha akıllı. Elimizle baska odaya bile koysak hemen haritadaki yerini biliyor. Yedek parçaları her yerde uygun fiyatlara satılmaktadır. Artıları +Yüksek emiş gücü +Haritalama gerçekten çok cok iyi. +Yüksek batarya +Halı sensörü (halılarda otomatik çekim gücü artyor) +Cok sessiz kimse sesinden rahatsız olmaz. + Toz haznesi çok iyi kapasitesi benim eve tam yetti. +Çoklu haritalama +Uygulamada mop yapılmasını istemedigin bolgeleru işaretleme +Perdeleri algılıyor (yere kadar uzun perdeler mevcut)ve altini supurebiliyor.(çoğu model duvar sanıp temizlik yapmıyor) Eksikleri - Xiaomi uygulaması kullanmasına rağmen arayüz %70 ingilizce %30 Türkçe ( ilerleyen dönemlerde Türkçe gelir tahminim) - Almanyadan aldığım icin garanti kafama takılıyor. -paspas "y" şeklinde moplama yapma özelliği yok. Dual Roller Vacuum at a Great Price
I looked at many 'flagship' robot vacuums. They have experimental features that may be worthwhile but also have me questioning long-term reliability. I have concluded that many 'leading-edge' features are 'work in progress'. I don't want to pay extra until they are perfected. That's good because the Dreame D20 has time-tested capabilities at a fraction of 'flagship' robot vacuum prices. The D20 is good at vacuuming hardwood floors. It has a dual roller dirt extractor. This was a patented feature exclusive to Roomba vacuums. Dreame is one of the first vendors to adopt this design when the Roomba patents expired. The Dreame design is even better. It includes an anti-tangle roller. The D20 room-mapping algorithm is excellent. The lidar sensor initially scans each room and adapts to new furniture placement in seconds. The vacuum first moves around the perimeter of each room and then executes an efficient parallel-row pattern. It is a pleasure to watch. The D20 moves around large objects without running into them (another lidar benefit). Selecting different rooms based on a schedule, or 'on demand', works surprisingly well. The iOS app does just what I need. We don't have wires or clothing lying around on the floor, so I can't really comment on small-object-avoidance. Not a big deal for us. At the standard suction setting, the vacuum is quiet enough that we can watch TV and not be disturbed. It automatically increases suction (and sound level) over the few carpets we own. It is still livable but I am glad we have so few carpets. For mopping, the D20 has a simple liquid reservoir in the vacuum. It soaks a fixed mop pad under the unit. There is no reservoir in the base station. This is not state-of-the-art mopping - but I don't care. I don’t use the mop feature. Much less to go wrong if you ask me. The only negative: The D20 is almost 4 inches tall at the top of the lidar sensor turret. It does not fit under all our furniture. A lower height would be nice but it is not a deal breaker. Summary: This robot vacuum is a great value. It does an excellent job vacuuming smooth floors. The D20 is fast, quiet and has good mapping features. Get it on sale, and you will be even happier.

Excellent robot vacuum, very powerful AI LiDAR mapping
I recently purchased this robot vacuum and it has exceeded my expectations. The AI-powered LiDAR mapping is extremely accurate and efficient. I previously owned a Vyzze D10 purchased on Amazon, and the difference is huge — this model is at least 100x better in terms of navigation and mapping. It’s honestly hard to believe my previous unit was also LiDAR-based. The active mopping feature works very well, especially for reaching and cleaning corners. The mobile app is excellent: very professional, no translation errors, and everything is clear and easy to use. The robot is extremely user-friendly — I didn’t even need to read the user manual. Cleaning performance is outstanding, and the robot is much quieter than my previous one. It also comes with a full 3-year warranty, which is very reassuring. Time will tell how good the technical support is, but so far the experience has been great. Unlike the Vyzze D10, which I strongly do not recommend, even at a $130 price point. 👉 Highly recommended robot vacuum. The only negative point his the 350ml bottle of water only, it should be moore
