In the Orange
So, the dial is orange-sherbet / tangerine, depending on the way the light catches it. The face has a slight sunburst effect, but not too glaring on the eyes. Looks good, wears very light on the wrist. The strap is genuine leather, and the tang buckle is titanium to match the case, hence it is light in weight. At the second to last notch, the length of the strap is enough for my 7-3/4 at-the-knuckle wrist to wear like a bracelet. Comfortable to wear. For less than 200USD and a little more than 190USD, this Citizen time piece is an excellent buy. The bezel free-wheels, but stays in place on its own. Very nice time piece. Note : The first one I received from Amazon had a defect in that the second hand did not align with the outer tick marks - the stepper motor must be set properly at the factory. Quality control missed it. The replacement was perfect. So, if that bothers you (like it does me), then simply return for one that is accurate in that sense. btw, it keeps very accurate time, too! Would buy again, if I needed to. Addendum - Two more things : 1) The strap has quick-release spring bars, so it makes for an easy change out to another strap of one's choice. 2) The date window is relatively small, and best viewed at a slight angle (not straight on) - Citizen and other watch manufacturers sometime cram a lot onto the dial. This date window, while being small, is still readable under good lighting at a slight angle. :)

A lot of watch for not a lot of money, looks way more expensive than it is
A beautifully designed watch for the money with great wrist presence that punches way above it's price point. The Sunray orange dial is really spectacular in all types of light. The strap is very nicely made with a good looking titanium Citizen signed buckle. Someone stated in there review that the strap was fake leather, thin and trash. I don't know what strap they are looking at but it is certainly not the case on this watch. The strap is as good as any 20-30 dollar strap being sold here on Amazon. With a Sapphire crystal, Super Titanium case, 100M of water resistance, Super Luminova lume, a Bi- Directional rotating bezel and a quality leather strap, these are impressive specs for a 200 dollar dive style solar power watch.

Great watch at reasonable price
Great price for this watch. Don't understand how same watch with metal bracelet is $200 more. The leather strap is very nice. I've changed it to an orange rubber strap for the summer. It's my 3rd Eco-Drive watch.

Really small and dark date
I really like this watch. It's quite a bit different with the orange face. I love the lightness of the titanium. BUT... The date is in black and really small. Extremely hard to read unless in direct light. I saw the picture and thought it would be fine. After seeing it in person, I don't think I can get past it. I've not worn it and most likely sending it back.

Love it!
Wow! Love this! The only thing I would have preferred would be a clicking unidirectional bezel. Bezel is just friction and doesn't feel great. Otherwise the watch looks amazing. It's super light and slim.

More Confusion
First of all, this is one of the best values in the Citizen eco-drive line. Besides being a sharp design, the utility (WR 100 meters) is perfect for light water sports, showering, etc. However, I need to point out an important omission in the product description and specs. This Citizen watch does not have a screw down crown (if that's important to you),,,it has a push/pull crown which is just OK. There is no mention of the crown in the specs; which is surprising for a watch description. Please correct this. As an aside, I contacted Citizen directly, and their reps had no idea how to respond to my question.

Great watch!
Despite the confusing description the watch IS TITANIUM as it says both on the face and etched into the back. It is very light and very tough, as titanium is stronger than steel. This is my second titanium watch. I have a very late 20th Century Seiko all-titanium watch, strap and body light as a feather as strong. The strap is uncommonly nice as well. Someone mentioned it was "flimsy"---NO! It is quite solid and well-made all leather. Another plus is how highly visible the face is in the dark, which is one of the reasons I got this. But about that orange color...let's put it this way: I can't see a young Clint Eastwood wearing such a watch. A darker "burnt orange" would have been far better. My wife humorously advised me not to wear it in public! Ha! Ha! I get it but still it's OK because I need a highly-visible watch face during the night and this gets that job done.
