I love the calm balm as it solves one of my main issues that was cleansing make up. It literally melts my make up in two or three glides. I have used expensive cleansing oils/cleansing milks, nothing works as good as this. It gives amazing results plus makes your skin soft. Also, it’s priced so economically for such a great product, I uploaded the makers. Yes, it does make your skin a little oily in the start, but it goes away as you double cleanse.

Face feels nourished and moisturised after using the balm, unlike other micellar water/make up wipe removers which make your face dry and don't even guarantee that 100% make up will be removed. I used it extensively during my wedding events and have been using a lot to remove make up after any event. It is even helpful to remove sunscreen and/or primer. Leaves face hydrated and clean. Solved Labs has really "solved" a major problem!

The product is good and does the job well, but the mechanism of rotating the jar and the balm coming out didn't work, I had to open the jar and scoop out the product.

Have been using this product for the past month, amazing butter for makeup remover. But the packaging could be better. Doesn’t swirl that good and minimum product comes out of it. We have to hold it down and swirl to get the product out of the box

The twister jar design is super convenient, and it’s one of the reasons I love this cleansing balm. It makes the balm easy to use, and the texture is just perfect—rich and buttery but never heavy. Its even better than Clinique.
